Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce power consumption by supplying the operating power source of DC voltage detection from a base amplifier of low voltage and lowering voltage applied to Zener diode. CONSTITUTION:An invertor unit is constituted of a switching regulator 101 having the P/N phase base amplifier 104-105, power transistor module 102, a voltage detection circuit 103 and etc. At this time, the operating power source of the voltage detection circuit 103 is supplied from the N phase base amplifier 105 through the dropping pressure resistance 108 of Zener diode, then the constant-voltage is made to apply a certain voltage value obtained through the bleeder resistance 110-111 to the negative terminal of a comparator 106 and to apply the voltage value obtained through the partial pressure of bus voltage VDC at the bleeder resistance 112-113 to the positive terminal. Accordingly, the dropping pressure resistance 108 can make a specific voltage drop under a small rating.
