CONSTITUTION:A DC output from a rectifying circuit 4 is turned on and off in a period which has been set by a frequency setting circuit 9, its duty ratio is corrected by a detection value by a voltage detecting circuit 7, output voltage is made to conform with voltage which has been set by a voltage setting circuit 10, the stabilized voltage is supplied. In this regard, the frequency control system can be used instead of the pulse width control system.
