Abstract

PURPOSE:To achieve sufficient output current, by providing a boosting circuit in which the output level is equal to the power supply voltage of an output load transistor(TR), in an output circuit of a dynamic MOS integrated circuit. CONSTITUTION:An FF circuit consists of TRs Q1-Q18 and capacitors C1, C2, and a bootstrap circuit is constituted with TRsQ19-Q26 and capacitors C3-C6. A control signal CLOCK' of the bootstrap circuit has the same level but delayed phase to a control signal CLOCK. When a data signal DATA is at H, a TRQ14 is nonconductive and the level of a node N10 increases, and a bootstrap circuit consisting of a TRQ12 and a capacitor C2 is operated, the level of a node N8 is boosted aborve the power supply voltage, and since the TRQ10 is turned off here, the level of node N8 is held and nodes N10 and N20 by capacitors C4, C6 can be boosted over the power supply voltage.
