Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 サンプルガス排出源からのサンプルガスを分析
    ラインを通じて分析部に供給するとともに、分析
    部に較正ガスを供給するようにしたガス分析装置
    において、 前記分析ラインにおける前記分析部の設置位置
    よりも下流に配置され、サンプルガスを吸引する
    エゼクタポンプと、 このエゼクタポンプ駆動用のエアの圧力を一定
    に調整する駆動用エア圧力調整手段と、 前記サンプルガス排出源からのサンプルガスの
    吐出圧の変動を一定に調整するサンプルガス圧力
    調整手段と、 前記分析部の出入口間の差圧を一定に調整する
    差圧調整手段と、 加圧状態で供給される較正ガスの圧力をサンプ
    ルガスの圧力に対応するように減圧補正する較正
    ガス圧力補正手段と、 を備えていることを特徴とするガス分析装置。
