CONSTITUTION:A ring-shaped bypass 23 is arranged so as to grasp a permanent magnet 19, a ring 18 and a core 20 and always attracted to the permanent magnet 19. The bypass 23 is constituted of, for example, three layers but the bypass may be further superposed on the bypass. Further, in order to adjust the attraction force of the permanent magnet, the number of the layers of the bypass can be adjusted. For example, when a current is allowed to flow to a demagnetizing coils 22-2, the leak magnetic flux thereof is fed back through the bypass 23 and, therefore, magnetic interference is reduced.
