Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the durability and cope with the fine patternization by uniformly coating optical setting resin on the surface of conductive patterns on at least one side of an insulating sheet, providing a spacer positive in layer, the resin is exposed and hardened, and the unexposed section is removed to form a spacer.
