Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the safety of a self-traveling working vehicle when it turns by stopping temporarily the vehicle to confirm the safety at the termination of a working processing and then instructing the start of a turn to proceed the process via a transmitter after said confirmation of the safety. CONSTITUTION:The termination of a working process is judged when an approximation sensor S3 detects a marker (m) in a state where the traveled distance of a working vehicle detected by a sensor S4 is kept within a range set to the working process width stored by teaching. When the turn conditions are satisfied, a change gear 11 is reset at a neutral speed state and kept stopped until a turning instruction is received based on the information received by a receiver 14. Then the gear 11 is operated when the turning instruction is received so that the vehicle is driven at a set speed. Thus the traveling of the vehicle is started and at the same time the steering angles set for each set distance stored by teaching are read out to start the turn control for reproduction.
