Specifically, the present invention includes a section in which hot steam is injected onto the approach track where a traveling vehicle approaches the platform, and a section in which the powder snow that has adhered to the platform is melted. A compressed air injection section is provided to remove water droplets, and a heated track section including these sections is equipped with a heating element to inject hot water to melt the ice and snow under the floor of the vehicle that has entered the track. The orbits will be blown away with compressed air to dry them out, and in the east, the orbits will be heated and insulated to prevent the melted water from freezing again, and the entire area, including the area before and after it, will be covered with a shelter. This is what I did. Therefore, the ice under the floor can be removed, allowing normal operation and ensuring safety.

By providing a compressed air injection section C in the vehicle 1, while the vehicle 1 enters and passes slowly, the powder snow adhering to the underside of the vehicle 1 is blown away, the frozen ice and snow is melted, and the melted water droplets are removed again. It was designed to do so.

Hot steam is injected through the injection holes 12a, 12b, and 12c to melt the frozen ice and snow, and the melted water droplets are then blown away and dried in the compressed air injection section C to remove the ice and snow that has frozen under the floor. In addition, the rails in these sections are heated and kept warm to prevent melted water from re-icing on the rails, and shelters 8 are installed to prevent snowfall on these sections. By providing a wider section, ice and snow will be removed from under the floor when approaching platform 7, and when leaving the station, you will be heading to the next station in an ice-free condition, so you can expect safe driving that is no different from normal operation. .
