できない。 When operating an AC motor, especially an induction motor, at variable frequency with a voltage source inverter, it is necessary to keep the gap magnetic flux constant, so the output voltage V of the inverter that defines the motor terminal voltage and its operating frequency F are V/F.
= is controlled to be constant. FIG. 1 shows a basic block diagram of a control system for a pulse width modulation inverter that performs this type of control for variable speed operation of an induction motor. On the one hand, the output voltage of the acceleration/deceleration pattern generator 1 is given as a voltage command signal to the voltage regulator 4 after taking the deviation from the inverter output voltage (motor terminal voltage) detection signal, and the pulse width is adjusted according to the voltage command value. The output voltage of the acceleration/deceleration pattern generator 1 is, on the other hand, subjected to voltage/frequency conversion as the operating frequency command signal of the inverter in order to perform the modulation in the pulse width modulation circuit 5 and specify the fundamental frequency during the pulse width modulation. The signal is sent to the pulse width modulation circuit via the device 3. The pulse width modulation circuit distributes the pulse width modulated common signal to each of the switching elements T1 to T6 of the inverter INV in a predetermined phase order based on each output of the built-in ring counter. That is, the output voltage of the acceleration/deceleration pattern generator 1 specifies the output voltage of the inverter and also specifies the operating frequency of the inverter, thereby performing the above-mentioned control to keep V/F constant. However, the effective voltage for magnetic flux generation is not the inverter output voltage or the terminal voltage of the motor M itself, but the voltage obtained by subtracting the impedance drop due to leakage inductance and resistance of the motor from the motor terminal voltage, so compensation for this impedance drop is necessary. Otherwise, the gap magnetic flux cannot be controlled correctly.

原因となる。 However, since the impedance drop mentioned above varies with load conditions, accurate compensation requires a complex control system. Therefore, as shown in Fig. 2, in the past, a function generator 2 was used to provide an additional voltage command corresponding to the compensation amount shown in the shaded area so as to sufficiently compensate for the impedance drop during the rated load with slow reduction.
(See Figure 1). This method attempts to obtain large torque even at low speeds.
However, with this method, more voltage than necessary is applied to the motor at low speeds, light loads, or intermediate loads, which increases reactive power, lowers the efficiency of the motor, and makes torque pulsations more likely to occur, which can cause noise. Become.

This is because a load calculation circuit that outputs a signal is used. The output of the load calculation circuit is inserted into the input side of the voltage regulator as a compensation setting.

る。 In voltage type inverters, although the details are omitted, it is known that in order to keep the gap magnetic flux of the induction motor constant, it is necessary to increase the terminal voltage of the motor in proportion to the magnitude of the torque. Therefore, in order to optimize the terminal voltage of the motor regardless of the size of the load, a method of calculating the shaft output torque can be considered, and the present invention proposes a method of calculating the input power signal and frequency command signal of the inverter. The purpose is to obtain a signal corresponding to this shaft output torque.

In FIG. 3, components with the same numbers as those in FIG. 1 have similar functions, so a description thereof will be omitted. number 2'
shows a load calculation circuit according to the present invention. As is clear from the figure, the only control element for voltage correction is the input DC of the inverter. In the case of a pulse width modulation inverter, since the voltage of the DC circuit of the inverter is approximately constant, the input voltage of the motor can be obtained only by detecting the current of this DC circuit. In addition, the mechanical output of the motor will be lower than this input power by the efficiency of the inverter and the efficiency of the motor, but since these efficiency characteristics also change almost proportionally to changes in the input DC current of the inverter, the efficiency can be adjusted as necessary. It is also possible to calculate the minutes. and,
If mechanical output P [W] is obtained, output torque τ
[Kgm] is τ= if the rotation speed is N [rpm]
It can be obtained from P/1.025N. Now, if the input DC voltage of the inverter is E d (≒constant) and the input DC current is I d , then the mechanical output P of the motor is P≈E d
It can be approximately expressed as ×I d . On the other hand, since the rotational speed N of the induction motor is determined from the frequency f and the number of poles, it can be expressed as N∝f. Therefore,
Torque τ can be expressed as follows.
τ=P/1.025N
≒Ed×Id/1.025f
≒k(Id/f)
(但し、k=Ed/1.025≒一定)

る。 τ=P/1.025N ≒E d ×I d /1.025f ≒k (I d /f) (However, k=E d /1.025≒constant) In other words, torque τ is the input DC current of the inverter
It can be calculated by dividing the detection signal corresponding to I d by the frequency command signal of the inverter.

る。 In the embodiment shown in Fig. 3, the input DC current of the inverter is passed through the DC current detector DC-CT to the proportional amplifier.
Input to OP1. As is well known, in a pulse width modulation inverter, the input DC current is cut off, and the detection signal is as shown in Fig. 4 a, so a small filter is provided in the integrator OP1 without a proportional amplifier, and The output is averaged as shown in . This output changes approximately in proportion to the speed when the torque is constant. The output of the proportional amplifier OP1 is input to another proportional amplifier OP2 via an analog switch SW. As shown in the figure, the control signal for the analog switch SW is given via a comparator CP by comparing a signal c from a relatively high-frequency triangular wave generator G with a frequency command signal d that approximately corresponds to the actual speed of the motor. .
The output of the comparator becomes indicated by e.
In this example, the analog switch conducts when the output of the comparator is low. Therefore, the analog switch SW becomes conductive for a period roughly inversely proportional to the speed. Therefore, the output signal f of the proportional amplifier OP2 becomes a signal that is independent of the speed and depends only on the torque, is averaged by the filter F, and is added to the input side of the voltage regulator 4 as a compensation input. As a result, the output signal g of the voltage regulator 4 becomes the voltage command signal (also a frequency command signal) d superimposed with the torque correction amount at that time, and the motor
The terminal voltage will be given in consideration of the torque.

It is possible to prevent a decrease in the efficiency power factor or an increase in torque pulsation, and although it has a relatively simple configuration, it is almost the same as the method of detecting slip and calculating torque using a speed generator, etc. performance can be obtained.
