レタン中に埋設して固着一体化せしめ強固なフツ
ク取付部と、スクリーン中央部の横ロープ上面に
2条の耐摩耗性ウレタンシートを所定間隔をおい

え、縦横直交せしめて積層交錯し、その交錯部を
加熱溶着により接合せしめたラバースクリーンに
おいて、横方向ロープ状素体の両端部内方寄り上
面に細幅の耐摩耗性シートを貼り付け、かつ、横
方向ロープ状素体両端部の抗張体を露出せしめ、
上記抗張体の一面に千鳥状に配置した多数の貫通
孔を有する断面L字形フツクの底板を位置させ、
上記フツク底板、露出抗張体と共に、前記シート
の一部をポリウレタン弾性体中に埋設一体化する
と共に、スクリーン中央部上面にも2条の耐摩耗
性シートを一定間隔をおいて縦方向に貼着し、そ
の上にセンター押え板を両シートに部分的に跨る
ように載置し、かつ該下部より押えアングルで横
方向ロープ状素体を挟持しボルトで締付け固定し
てなることを特徴とするラバースクリーン。
