(Prior Art) At present, this type of rubber screen for fine particles generally has a rope-like shape with a thin rope diameter, the tensile member being covered with a polyurethane elastic material having good abrasion resistance, as shown in Figure 7 A and B. A structure is known in which the elements 1 and 2 are stacked vertically and horizontally, and the crossed parts are heat-welded.In this case, both ends are usually glued together with a hook bottom plate, etc., and the hook locking part and It is used by

(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) However, in a rubber screen having the above structure, if the rope diameter is made smaller and the porosity is increased, that is, if the mesh is made larger, clogging will be reduced, but the strength will be reduced. This not only causes rope cutting accidents, but also causes undesirable problems such as contamination of treated materials larger than the mesh into the undersize.

In particular, the slot type shown in Figure 7 (b) is effective in preventing clogging, but flat objects may fall out, and the horizontally long slot type is prone to clogging due to the strong lateral movement of the opening. Because the sides are long, objects to be processed collide frequently and the horizontal rope-like element body 2 is abraded, while the vertically elongated slot type places a large load on the rope-like element body 1 in the vertical direction, reducing its strength. have.

Moreover, in any of the above types, clogging prevention is not sufficient if the material to be treated is of a bad type, such as coal powder or crushed stone powder, which hardens after adhesion, and the hardened powder adheres to the four corners of the mesh. The problem remains that it gradually grows toward the center of the mesh, ultimately blocking the mesh and causing clogging.

The present invention addresses the above-mentioned problems, particularly by improving the structure of the screen itself, and also by focusing on the attachment to the hook attachment part, thereby reducing the mechanical primary vibration of the sieve machine and the mesh of the rubber screen. The purpose of this is to increase the secondary vibration due to the resonance effect so that even stubborn objects can be sieved without clogging.

(Means for Solving the Problems) That is, the present invention for achieving the above object is characterized by using twisted yarn such as steel cord or chemical fiber as a tensile material, and covering the periphery with a polyurethane elastic material. Then, rope-like elements having arbitrary cross-sectional shapes such as circular, elliptical, square, and polygonal shapes are arranged in parallel, stacked and crossed with the vertical direction at the top and vertically and horizontally perpendicularly intersected, and the crossed parts are heated and welded. In the rubber screen for vibrating sieve, which is formed by locking the rubber screen joined by the hook locking part,
A rope-like element in a direction perpendicular to the traveling direction of the object to be processed is used as a supporting rope-like element, and one or more auxiliary rope-like elements are arranged between the supporting rope-like elements, and the above-mentioned auxiliary Except for the ends of the rope-like element, only the end of the support rope-like element is attached and fixed to the locking hook in a state where the longitudinal rope-like element is loosened in a wave shape.

(Function) Therefore, when the rubber screen for vibrating sieve having the above-mentioned structure is used, the vertical rope-like element is supported by the above-mentioned support ropes and auxiliary ropes in a wave shape, and the mechanical primary vibration of the sieve machine is generated. The secondary vibration of the screen mesh that accompanies the primary vibration increases due to the resonance effect, causing a movement that loosens and peels off the stubborn processing material that adheres to the mesh, thereby preventing clogging and maintaining the screen for a long time. It is possible to carry out stable sieving.

Then, for the end locking part of the support rope 2, the polyurethane elastic body 4 at the tip is cut and removed at a required position G to expose the tensile body T, and the tip of the tensile body T is untwisted and separated. Leave it in a relaxed state,
On this tensile member T, an iron hook 5 having an L-shaped cross section with staggered through holes H provided in the bottom plate 5a is placed close to the bottom plate 5a. An elongated wear-resistant sheet 6 made of thermoplastic polyurethane or the like is placed on the support rope 2 at a position slightly shifted from the exposed part G of the body T (after the tensile body T is exposed, adhesive is applied to the exposed part and then dried). By applying liquid polyurethane (thermosetting) on top of the sheet 6 in the vertical direction and curing it so that the sheet 6 is partially buried in the width direction, as shown in FIG. A part of the sheet 6 is buried in the polyurethane elastic body R together with the tension body T and the hook bottom plate 5a,
At the same time, liquid polyurethane flows into the through hole H of the bottom plate 5a and exerts an anchoring effect, and both ends of the support rope 2, the exposed tensile body part T, the bottom plate 5a of the hook, and a part of the sheet 6 are bonded into a strong and integrated structure. It constitutes a hook locking part.

However, it is not necessarily necessary that the end of the auxiliary rope 3 is not fixed to the sheet as shown in FIG. 3, but it is possible to have a structure in which the end is fixed to the abrasion-resistant sheet 6 as shown in FIG. It is also possible to do so.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, in the rubber screen for vibrating sieve of the present invention, the horizontal rope is formed by the support rope and the auxiliary rope, and the end of the support rope is made to protrude from the auxiliary rope, and the end of the auxiliary rope is attached to the hook. Since only the end of the release support rope is attached and fixed to the hook locking part of the rubber screen with the vertical rope loosened in a wave shape, the primary vibration of the vibrating sieve machine and the wave shape of the rubber screen mesh are The secondary vibrations caused by the screen resonate well and can effectively prevent clogging of stubborn materials, and there is no need to reduce the rope diameter or particularly increase the opening ratio of the mesh, thus significantly extending the life of the screen. It is extremely effective as a rubber screen for not only lumpy materials such as ore and crushed stone, but also granular materials and powdery materials.
