(Prior Art) Conventional lever devices for automobiles have a structure in which two levers are juxtaposed to operate two different operated mechanisms. There is also the advantage that you can quickly operate the lever to your liking. However, such a structure has the disadvantage that a return spring is required to return each lever to its return position. In order to eliminate this drawback, attempts have been made to return the two mutually aligned levers to their return positions using a single spring;
The problem is that when both levers are in the return position, the biasing force of the one spring is applied only to one lever, and the other lever, to which the biasing force is not applied, vibrates slightly as the car moves, producing noise. The dot was hot.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) This invention eliminates the above-mentioned conventional problems and allows two mutually arranged levers to be returned to the return position using a single return spring. It is an object of the present invention to provide a lever device for an automobile in which any of the levers can be pressed to the return position when the levers are returned to the return position.

(Operation) When the first and second levers are respectively tilted, the movements are transmitted to the operated mechanism. 1st and 2nd above
The lever is returned to the return position by the biasing force of the return spring. When both levers are in the return position, the end of the return spring comes into contact with both the spring receiving surface provided on the first lever and the spring receiving surface provided on the second lever. A constant biasing force is applied to the levers to position the levers in the return position.

(Example) Below, drawings showing examples of the present application will be described. 1 is a base, which is formed by pressing a metal plate. In this case, reference numeral 2 denotes a mounting piece which is adapted to be mounted on the body of an automobile.
3 indicates a fixing hole, and 4 indicates a support piece. Next, 5 is a first lever, and 6 is a second lever, each of which is formed by pressing a metal plate, and is pivotally connected to the base 1 with a shaft body 7. A pin is used as the shaft 7, and its tip 7a is caulked into the fixing hole 3. In the first lever 5, reference numeral 8 denotes an operating section to which a knob piece 9 made of a synthetic resin material is attached. 10 indicates a connecting portion. 11 indicates a spring hanging piece. In this case, reference numeral 12 denotes a spring receiving surface, which is formed into a sloped shape as shown in the figure. Reference numeral 13 denotes a scooping surface, which is formed continuously with the lower end of the spring receiving surface 12, and is formed at an angle that allows the other end of the spring to be scooped up. Next, at the second lever 6,
14 is an operating section, 15 is a knob, 16 is a connecting section, 1
7 is a spring hanging piece, 18 is a spring receiving surface, 19 is a scooping surface,
These have the same structure as that of the first lever 5. Reference numeral 20 denotes a retaining piece provided at the tip of the spring hanging piece 17, and is provided to prevent the other end of the spring from coming off. The spring hanging piece 11 and the spring hanging piece 17 are arranged to be aligned with each other when the first lever 5 and the second lever 6 are respectively in the return position as shown in FIG. Further, in this state, as shown in FIG. 2, the spring receiving surfaces 12 and 18 form a V-shaped valley 30. Next, reference numeral 21 denotes a return spring provided around the shaft body 7, which is a torsion coil spring, and one end of which is 21.
2 is connected to the base 1, and the other end 23 is seated on both receiving surfaces 12, 18 at the bottom of the valley 30. Next, reference numerals 24, 25 are flexible wires, which are used as linking means for transmitting the movements of the first and second levers 5, 6 to the operated mechanism. These flexible wires 24,2
One end of each of the tubes 24a, 25a
are fixed to the support piece 4 using fasteners 24b and 25b, and their inner wires 24c and 25c connect to the connecting portion 10 of the first lever 5 and the second lever 6, respectively.
It is connected to 16. The other ends of the flexible wires 24 and 25 are individually connected to a trunk lid locking device 27 and a fuel filler opening locking device 28 of an automobile 26, as shown in FIG. Reference numeral 29 denotes a stopper for receiving the first and second levers 5 and 6 at their return positions, and is constructed from a part of the base 1.

In the above configuration, when neither the first nor second levers 5, 6 are operated, these levers are biased by the return spring 21 and are in their respective return positions as shown in FIG. . In this state, as shown in FIG. 2, the other end 23 of the spring 21 is at the bottom of the valley 30, urging both the spring receiving surfaces 12 and 18 downward. For this reason, the backs of both the first lever 5 and the second lever 6 remain pressed against the stopper 29, and these levers 5 and 6 remain pressed against the base 1.
This prevents vibration from occurring. For this reason, even if the car 26 is driven in this state, the levers 5 and 6
None of these generate slight vibrations, which prevents the generation of noise.

Next, when the operating portion of the first lever 5 is pulled upward as shown in FIG. 3, the scooping surface 13 of the first lever 5 tilts as shown while scooping up the other end 23 of the spring 21. This tilting is caused by the linking part 10
Inner wire 24 of flexible wire 24
The signal is transmitted to the trunk lid locking device 27 via C, and the locking device 27 is operated to open.

Next, if you stop operating the lever 6 as described above, the second lever 6 will move because the other end 23 of the spring 21 scooped up by the scooping surface 19 biases the spring hook 17 downward. Due to the urging force, it returns to the return position shown in FIG.

(Effect of the invention) As described above, in the present invention, the first lever 5
By operating and tilting this, the connected operated mechanisms can be operated, and after the operation, the lever 5 can be returned to the return position by the return spring 21 to prepare for the next operation, while the second lever 6 can be moved in the same manner. It has the advantage of being able to operate the operated mechanism connected thereto, and being able to be returned to the return position using the return spring 21.

Moreover, even if both the first and second levers 5, 6 are returned to their return positions by springs as described above, when returning them, one return spring 21 is used to move either lever. It has the advantage that it can also restore numbers 5 and 6. This has the effect of reducing the cost of parts due to the small number of springs, and also has the effect of reducing the amount of assembly effort required during assembly.

Furthermore, even if the two levers 5 and 6 are returned to their original positions with one return spring 21 as described above, when the levers 5 and 6 are in the returned state, the other end 23 of the spring 21 is 5,6
It has the advantage of being able to straddle both spring receiving surfaces 12 and 18 provided on each side and constantly exert a biasing force on both of them, thereby holding down both of the levers 5 and 6. This has the advantage that neither the levers 5, 6 vibrate slightly even when the automobile is running, and the generation of noise accompanying these vibrations can be prevented.
