Claims (1)
- 回転機械の回転軸周面を通じての内部流体の漏
洩を封止する軸封装置において、そのハウジング
内に、上記回転軸の軸方向に所要の間隔をあけて
配設された一対の非接触式リング部材をそなえ、
これらのリング部材間の軸封部分に、上記内部流
体の圧力よりも高い圧力に設定されたシール用流
体を供給するシール用流体供給路が接続されると
ともに、内部流体側の上記リング部材よりも更に
内部流体側の部分に、上記シール用流体の圧力よ
りも低く上記内部流体の圧力よりも高い圧力に設
定された蒸気を供給する蒸気供給路が接続された
ことを特徴とする回転機械の軸封装置。
