In FIG. 7, reference numeral 51 denotes a workpiece. The workpiece 51 is continuously pushed and transferred one step from the cigarette box manufacturing machine. A stop member 52 is provided at the end of the transfer, and the workpiece 51 at the transfer end is successively pushed. A push-up member 53 is provided to raise the workpieces 51 that are continuously transferred, and a claw member 55 is provided in the push-up passage 54 to prevent falling.
are separated one by one by the push-up member 53 and attached to the claw member 5.
5, and by repeating this pushing up, the workpieces 51 are stacked on the claw member 55, and in this case, the workpieces 51 are pushed out two stages at a time by the delivery member 56.

However, in the case of this conventional configuration, the push-up member 5
4 pushes the workpiece 51 up to the claw member 55 and then descends to the lowering completion position, the workpiece 51 cannot enter onto the push-up member 53, and furthermore, the delivery member 56 returns to the return position. If not, the work 51 cannot be pushed up to the claw member 55 by the push-up member 53, and therefore, the work 51 cannot be pushed up onto the push-up member 53 after the push-up member 53 descends to the lowering completion position and before the push-up starts. This method is unsuitable for high-speed stacking, and has the disadvantage that stable stacking cannot be achieved due to the inertia of each member and slipping of the workpieces.

The purpose of the present invention is to solve these inconveniences, and the gist of the present invention is to transport workpieces that are continuously transferred in one stage by stacking them in two stages, and to receive the workpieces that are transferred in one stage. It has two receiving parts, a separating member that moves up and down so that the work can be received in each receiving part, two protruding members that horizontally project the work in each receiving part, and a horizontal protruding movement of each projecting member. There is a two-tier stacking transfer device characterized by comprising a stacking member that moves up and down synchronously and stacks the workpieces ejected by the protruding member, and a delivery member that pushes out the stacked workpieces.

The workpieces that are continuously transferred one step by the vertical movement of the separation member enter each receiving section, and the workpieces in the receiving section are pushed out in the horizontal direction by each projecting member and moved in synchronization with the projecting movement of the projecting member. The workpieces are stacked in two stages on the stacking member by the stacking member, and the works stacked in two stages are ejected by the delivery member.

1 to 6 show the present invention in two tiers 5 of a cigarette box.
A preferred embodiment used in a row packing and packaging machine is shown, in which 1 is a cigarette box workpiece, and the workpiece 1 is held by belts 2 on both sides and is continuously transferred one step by pushing. The transfer end has two U-shaped receiving sections 3 on the upper and lower sides, and a separation member 4 that reciprocates up and down so that each receiving section 3 can receive the workpiece 1 is provided. Two protruding members 5 for protruding the workpiece 1 in the receiving part 3 to the opposite side are provided vertically so as to be movable back and forth in the horizontal direction, and a protruding member 5 is provided on the opposite side of the separating member 4 in synchronization with the protruding operation of each protruding member 5. A stacking member 6 that moves up and down is provided, and a protruding member 7 for projecting the workpieces 1 stacked on the stacking member 6 is provided on the side of the completion position of the stacking member 6 in a reciprocating manner.

Since this embodiment has the above-mentioned configuration, the workpiece 1 at the transfer end of the workpieces 1 that are continuously transferred one stage as shown in FIG. When descending, the next position is work 1.
enters the upper receiving part 3, and as shown in FIG. will rise, and the upper receiving part 3 will rise as shown in Figure 6.
The inner workpiece 1 is projected onto the workpiece 1 on the stacked member 6 by the upper protrusion member 5, and the workpieces 1 in successive positions enter the lower receiving part 3 and are pushed onto the stacked member 6.
The workpieces 1 stacked on top of each other in two stages are pushed out by the sending member 7, and as a result, the workpieces 1 that are continuously transferred one stage can be stacked in two stages and transported. 1 is continuously transferred per minute, the protruding member 5 and the stacking member 6 only need to be reciprocated N/2 times per minute, which is half the number of times compared to the conventional structure shown in FIG. In addition, the influence of inertial force of each member and workpiece can be reduced, making stable high-speed stacking possible.

〔発明の効果〕〔Effect of the invention〕
