Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 射出成形機の油圧アクチユエータへ供給する油
    量を制御する射出成形機の油圧制御装置において
    、 油圧源を構成する1台の可変吐出量ポンプ及び
    N−1(Nは2以上の自然数)台の固定吐出量ポ
    ンプと、油圧アクチユエータの動作速度を設定す
    る油圧アクチユエータ速度設定器と、油圧アクチ
    ユエータの最大速度をN分割してN段の比較速度
    を設定する比較速度設定器と、油圧アクチユエー
    タ速度設定器によつて設定された設定速度が比較
    速度設定器によつて設定された第何段の速度範囲
    に入るかを半定する比較器と、上記設定速度が第
    何段にあるかに応じて可変吐出量ポンプ及び所定
    の組合わせの固定吐出量ポンプを負荷状態とする
    ポンプ負荷制御器と、比較器が設定速度が第M(
    MはN以下の自然数)段にあると判断したとき設
    定速度Vs、第M段の比較速度の最小値m、及
    び第M段の比較速度の最大値mに基づいて(V
    s−m)/(m−m)の演算を行いこれに
    応じた電気信号を発生する演算装置と、演算装置
    からの電気信号に基づいて可変吐出量ポンプに吐
    出量指令信号を出力する可変吐出量ポンプ制御用
    サーボアンプと、を有することを特徴とする射出
    成形機の油圧制御装置。
