本発明は樹脂製品の部分塗装方法に関するもの

だけではなく、テープの浮きを完全に抑えきれな
いために、該テープを剥がすと、該部分の塗装も

を解消するためになされたものであつて、部分塗
装する部分がどのような形状であつても容易に前
処理をすることができ、しかも、見切線部分の塗
装が剥れることのない樹脂製品の部分塗装方法を

以下、本発明を図示せる実施例に随つて説明す

先ず、樹脂製品aの塗装表面となる側の型、実
施例の場合下型11にシリコン等の離型剤12を
塗布し、その上から下記の配合組成からなるスト
リツパブルペイント13を全面に塗布し、乾燥さ
せる。(第1図イ,ロ参照)次に、表面に上記と
同様の離型剤を塗布した上型14を重合させ、樹
脂を注入し、成形加工する。(第1図ハ参照)
尚、該樹脂材には熱硬化性樹脂を使用するが、
焼付塗装をする場合には強化熱硬化性樹脂を使用

ストリツパブルペイント13をカツトし、塗装す
る側のストリツパブルペイント13を剥離して塗
装表面部16を形成する。(第1図ニ,ホ参照)
然る後、上記塗装表面部16を塗装15した後、
乾燥させ、必要に応じて焼付けを行なつた後、他
の部分のストリツパブルペイント13を剥離して
樹脂製品aを完成させる。(第1図ヘ,ト参照)
尚、上記ストリツパブルペイント13を剥離す
る際に離型剤12も剥離できるため、従来行なわ
れていた離型剤12を取るための脱脂作業を省略

以上述べたように本発明によれば、樹脂製品の
表面に、ストリツパブルペイントを塗布し、乾燥
させた後、樹脂製品の塗装見切り線部のストリツ
パブルペイントをカツトし、塗装する側のストリ
ツパブルペイントを剥離して塗装表面部を形成し
て該部分を塗装し、然る後、他の部分のストリツ
パブルペイントを剥離するようにしたもので、複
雑な形状の製品でも見切線が容易に、かつ、確実
に出るので修正工数を削減させることができ、
又、曲線部分の見切線も、従来のテープのように
浮き上ることがないため、該部分の塗装も剥れる
ことがないため塗装精度を向上させることができ

可能となり、塗料の密着性が向上し、塗装品質が

Claims (1)
型とに離型剤を塗布した後、樹脂製品の塗装表面
となる側の上型もしくは下型にストリツパブルペ
イントを塗布し、上型と下型とを重合させて樹脂
を注入し、成形後、樹脂製品を脱型し、該樹脂製
品の塗装見切り線部のストリツパブルペイントを
カツトし、塗装する側のストリツパブルペイント
を剥離して塗装表面部を形成し、該塗装表面部を
塗装し、然る後、他の部分のストリツパブルペイ
ントを剥離したことを特徴とする樹脂製品の部分
塗装方法。 2 上記ストリツバブルペイントは、酢酸ビニー
ルもしくは塩化ビニールのうち、いずれか1つを
30〜40%、トルエン、メチルエチメケトンもしく
はメチルブチルケトンのうち、いずれか1つを50
%及び安定剤を10〜20%の割合で配合した組成物
であることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第1項に
