When rainwater or groundwater seeps into the roadbed foundation, accidents such as subgrade subsidence and landslides may occur. Therefore, perforated drainage pipes have traditionally been buried in roads, residential areas, competition grounds, etc. to remove groundwater, seepage water, etc. However, conventional drainage pipes have one end enlarged in diameter. Since the structure was such that the other pipe end was simply inserted into the socket, the joint could come apart due to ground movement, external pressure, etc.
Drainage function was sometimes impaired. Further, since no drainage hole was provided at the joint between the socket and the spigot, there was a problem that the drainage efficiency (water permeability) was not sufficient.

In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks and problems, the present invention has been developed to ensure a stable piping condition without causing the fitting joint to separate even if unequal pressure is applied to the pipe, and to reduce the mechanical strength of the pipe. The purpose of this project is to provide a perforated drainage pipe that can increase water permeability without sacrificing water permeability, and its gist is to have a socket with an enlarged diameter at one end and a spigot that can fit into the socket at the other end. In a drain pipe in which a plurality of holes are bored at appropriate intervals in the circumferential direction and axial direction of the pipe body, a plurality of long holes extending in the axial direction are bored in the socket or spigot. In addition, there is provided a perforated drain pipe characterized in that a hole is bored in the spout or the socket at a position corresponding to the elongated hole when the pipe bodies are fitted together.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail based on the illustrated embodiments. Fig. 1 is a partial front view showing the main parts of the perforated drainage pipe according to the present invention, including the mutually fitting and connecting socket and spigot. Figures 2 and 3 are cross-sectional views taken along lines - and -, respectively, in Figure 1, and Figure 4 is a partially enlarged vertical cross-section of the top of the embodiment shown in Figure 1 in which the socket and spigot are fitted together. It is a diagram.

Reference numeral 1, 1 is a perforated drainage pipe made of, for example, vinyl chloride resin, and one end has a suitably enlarged length part to form a socket 2, and the other end has a straight pipe part extended as is. The spigots 3 that can be fitted into the sockets 2 are respectively configured. For example, if the pipe diameter is 150mmφ, there is a hole 4 of 20mmφ in the straight pipe part of the pipe 1.
However, in the circumferential direction, α° to the left and right with respect to the top, for example
At a position of 60 degrees (FIG. 2) and at a position of β degrees, for example, 120 degrees to the left and right of the top (FIG. 3), penetrations are formed with a pitch P, for example, 200 mm in the axial direction. These holes 4 are similarly formed in the spigot 3 portion.

On the other hand, the hole 4 in the circumferential direction of the socket 2 of the pipe 1
At the position corresponding to the top, and at positions α° and β° to the left and right with respect to the top, there is a long hole 5 having a length in the axial direction of at least pitch P + hole diameter h, and a width slightly larger than the hole diameter h. is formed through it. In this case, the elongated hole 5 at α° from the top and the elongated holes 5 at the apex and β° are axially offset from each other by 1/2P.

In this way, the above-mentioned tube 1 is placed in a predetermined position so that the part without the hole 4 is at the bottom, and the socket 3 of another tube 1 is fitted into the socket 2 of the tube 1. , the elongated hole 5 and the hole 4 are made to match. Then, insert a pin 6 into at least one hole 4 among the five long holes 5 that match.
It is inserted and fixed through the elongated hole 5. As a result, even if the pipes 1 and 1 at the fitting joint part are moved apart from each other due to fluctuations in the buried ground due to some reason, such as expansion and contraction of the pipes or wheel pressure, the pipes 1 and 1 can be extended via the pin 6. The degree of fitting can be varied freely within the range of the hole 5, and the disengagement action can be absorbed without any trouble without separation.

On the other hand, in the fitting joint portion formed by the socket 2 and the spigot 3, in a predetermined coupled state as shown in FIG.
Since there are two of each, some of them, in this case 5, are created to prevent them from leaving.
Even if the pin 6 is fitted and attached to each hole 4 in the portion corresponding to three of the three long holes 5 and the hole 4 is closed, the three long holes 5 are closed. is each remaining 1
Each hole 4 is open and facing each other, and each of the other two long holes 5 has two holes 4 facing each other, and all of these holes are open, allowing sufficient water permeability. It can serve as a hole. Therefore, a certain number of water permeation holes are always ensured, and water permeation can be performed in the same way as other straight pipe parts.

Note that the present invention is not limited to the configuration of the above-mentioned embodiment, and the pipe can be made of synthetic resin, iron, cement,
In addition to being made of a material such as asbestos, the tube is not limited to a circular tube, and may have another cross-sectional shape such as an oval tube. Further, the hole shape may be an oval shape other than a circle, and the relationship between the elongated hole of the fitting joint and the hole may be reversed at the socket and the spigot. Of course, the size, number, etc. can be arbitrarily determined.

As described above, according to the perforated drainage pipe of the present invention, pipes can be joined together using pins, so the connection is reliable and the joint will not separate even if subjected to external forces such as ground movement or vibration. . Further, since the pin is movably locked in the elongated hole, it is possible to absorb the axial load acting on the joint well and prevent the pipe from being damaged.

Furthermore, since there are water permeability holes at the joint between the socket and the spigot, the water permeability is increased compared to conventional ones, making it possible to remove seepage water such as groundwater and rainwater more efficiently. can.
