Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve productivity by a method wherein coils are wound continuously among each pin of a bobbin base material, to which a plurality of terminal pins and intermediate pins are set up at regular intervals, and conducted and fixed in respective pin section, at least one intermediate pin and one terminal pin are paired, and the whole bobbin base material is cut and separated to a round slice shape. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of terminal pins 3A, 3B are implanted onto the outer periphery of a cylindrical bobbin base material 11 at regular intervals, and intermediate pins 4 for clamping coils are fitted among each terminal pin 3A, 3A implanted on one side. The coils 2 in the proper number of turns are wound continuously among respective pin 3A, 3B, 4 for the bobbin base material 11 as a whole, and the wound coils 2 are conducted and fastened to each pin 3A, 3B, 4. At least one intermediate pin 4 and one terminal pins 3A, 3B are paired, and the whole bobbin base material 11 is cut and separated to a round slice shape. The bobbin base material 11 is formed by a plastic member having magnetism in a type that a plurality of bobbins 1 for the coils, both end sections of which have collar sections 1A, 1B, are coupled continuously.

Therefore, in the present invention, a plurality of terminal bins are implanted at predetermined intervals on the outer periphery of a cylindrical bobbin base material, and a plurality of terminal bins are implanted in the middle of each terminal bin implanted on one side between the spaced apart terminal bins. It is equipped with a self-containing bottle for fastening the coil, and a suitable number of turns of coil is continuously and entirely wound between each pin of this bobbin base material, and this wound fill is wrapped in each bottle part. The above object is achieved by fixing the bobbin to conductivity, and then cutting the entire bobbin base material into circular slices and separating the bobbin base material into a set of at least one intermediate pin and one terminal pin.
