Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to hold good isolation between coils, by bonding a pair of flat ladder-shaped bobbin members with a flat core in between, and forming a coil around their outer faces between bridging members. CONSTITUTION:A pair of ladder-shaped resin bobbin members 1 has opposite ribs 2, and a plurality of bridging members 3 for binding the outer faces of each rib 2 are provided between the opposite ribs 2. Side plates 4 are formed on right and left sides thereof, and the end parts of the opposite ribs 2 are projected from the inside of the side plates 4. Then, a lower half part of an I-shaped flat core 5 in cross section is fitted to a space adjacent to the outer end-part edges and to the inner edges of the opposite ribs 2 while the other upper half part of the flat core 5 is also fitted to the other bobbin member 1 so that a coil L is formed around opposite ribs 2.
