Abstract

PURPOSE:To strongly bond both side parts and seat part of a different hardness cushion body, by providing a specific sheet like bonding reinforcing material to the upper part of a cavity under tension so that both ends thereof are brought into contact with the irregular shape surface of foam and performing the foaming molding of the seat part of a seat. CONSTITUTION:Relatively hard foams 210, 210 constituting both side parts of a seat are mounted in the lower mold 240 of a mold having a molding surface same to a product shape at a predetermined position. The foams 210, 210 have recessed shapes 210a, 210a formed to the bonding surfaces (a), (a) thereof with a seat part are mounted in a mold cavity so that the recessed shapes 210a, 210a are opposed to each other. Subsequently, a foam forming raw material B softer than the foams 210, 210 is injected in the space A of the mold cavity. A sheet like bonding reinforcing material 230 having a property allowing the liquid raw material B to pass such as victoria lawn is mounted on the inner surface of an upper lid 250 and the mold is subsequently closed by the upper lid 250. The foam forming raw material B foams in the space A of the mold and passes through the bonding reinforcing material 230 to form protruding shapes 220a, 220a and relatively soft foam wherein the bonding reinforcing material 230 is provided from the bottom part to the protruding shapes 220a, 220a under tension is formed.

As such a cushion body of different hardness, as shown in the cross-sectional view of FIG. 4, both side parts 110.1 are made of a relatively hard foam.
10 and a seat portion 120 made of a relatively soft foam are bonded together at planar bonding surfaces 100a, 100a. However, in the product obtained by this method, the adhesive strength between the bonding surfaces 100a and 100a is not sufficient, and the seat portion 120 and both side portions 1
There was a risk that 10.110 would separate.

In addition, as in JP-A-50-144761, a resin film material with unevenness is bonded to the central part to form the peripheral edge of the cushion material, and the resin film material is sandwiched between the cushion material and the shoe/dung material. In some cases, the raw material for polyurethane foam is injected into the center of the periphery to integrally foam the central part, and the area of bonding between the periphery and the center is increased by the unevenness of the resin film material. However, because the adhesive between the resin-based membrane material and the peripheral portion and the central portion is surface adhesion, the peripheral portion or the central portion tends to peel off from the surface of the resin-based membrane material.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention provides foams constituting both sides of a seat on both sides of a mold cavity, and fills the remaining cavity between the foams with a foam-forming material that is softer than the foam. In the manufacturing method of a cushion body of different hardness, in which a seat seat integrated with both sides of the seat is foam-molded by injection, one foam is divided into two so that the cut surface has an irregular shape such as unevenness. A sheet-like bonding reinforcing material that is cut and divided to form a foam that constitutes both sides of the seat, and installed on both sides of the mold cavity so that the cut surfaces thereof face each other, and that has the property of allowing liquid to pass through. 1. A method for manufacturing a cushion body of different hardness in which a seat is foam-molded by stretching the above-mentioned foam at the upper part of the cavity between the two foam bodies so that both ends of the cushion body are in contact with irregularly shaped surfaces of the foam body. ! Make it moldy.

(Function) The foam-forming raw material injected between the foams forming both sides is foamed and, due to the adhesive action at that time, adheres to the irregularly shaped cut surfaces of the foams forming both sides, A seat portion that is softer than both side portions is formed between both side portions, resulting in a cushion body with different hardness. At this time, the foam-forming raw material connects the sheet-like bonding reinforcing material, which is stretched over the cavity between the two foams, so that it comes into contact with the irregularly shaped surfaces of the foams forming both sides. Due to the passage foaming, the bonding reinforcement is stretched integrally with the foam from one bonding surface of the sides and the seat through the bottom of the seat to the other bonding surface.

In addition, since the two foam bodies that make up the side parts are made by cutting and dividing one foam body and using the cut surfaces as the bonding surfaces with the seat part, mold release may cause poor adhesion of the foam forming raw materials. There is no agent layer or the like on the bonding surface with the seat, and the seat and both sides are well bonded.

The cushion body with different hardness formed in this way is
Because the bonding area increases due to the irregular shape of the bonding surfaces between the both sides and the seat, and because the foam forming raw material foams through the sheet-like bonding reinforcing material and adheres to the bonding surfaces of the both sides, The bond between the bonding reinforcing material and the seat or both sides is strong, unlike simple surface adhesion, and the bonding surfaces are reinforced by the presence of the bonding reinforcing material, so there is no separation on the bonding surfaces of both sides that prevents adhesion. Since there is no molding agent layer, etc., and the pores are exposed on the bonding surface, the adhesion between both sides and the seat is good, and the bonding surface is stretched between the bonding surfaces of both sides through the bottom of the seat. Since the both sides and the seat are integrally connected by the joint reinforcing material, the both sides and the seat are firmly connected and cannot be separated.

On the other hand, regarding the cushioning properties of the seat, since the bonding reinforcing material is located at the bottom of the seat, the bonding reinforcing material does not adversely affect the cushioning properties.

The cushion body 200 of different hardness thus obtained is
Since the cut surfaces of the foam bodies 210 and 210 constituting both sides are the bonding surfaces a and a with the seat, there is no release agent layer on the bonding surfaces, and the foam 220 constituting the seat and the above-mentioned Adhesion with the foam 210, 210 is not hindered, and the uneven shapes 210a, 210 formed on the bonding surface
The irregular shape formed by the portions 220a, 220a, and 220a increases the bonding area, so that the seat portion and both sides are firmly bonded with adhesive. In addition, since the end of the bonding reinforcing body 230 exists in the uneven shape portion of the bonding surface, the bonding surface is reinforced, and since the bonding reinforcing material passes the foam forming raw material, the bonding reinforcing material 230 and the foam The body 210.210.220 is firmly attached to the bonding reinforcement and the foam 210.2.1.
0.220 It is difficult to cause peeling. Furthermore, since both sides and the seat are connected together by the joining reinforcing material 230 stretched through the bottom of the seat and onto the surface connecting surface, it becomes even more difficult for the side parts and the seat to separate. . Moreover, the joint reinforcing material 23
0 is located at the bottom of the seat, and since the bonding surface has an irregular shape such as unevenness, the deformation of the foam is not hindered and the cushioning properties are not adversely affected.

(Effects of the Invention) Since the present invention has the above-described configuration, the connection between the both sides and the seat of the obtained cushion body of different hardness is strong,
This makes it possible to eliminate the risk of separation of the both sides and the seat. Moreover, the cushioning properties are not impaired.

The foam forming the both sides of the seat is placed on both sides of the mold cavity, and a foam-forming raw material softer than the foam is injected into the remaining cavity space of the foam to form a seat that is integrated with both sides of the seat. In the manufacturing method of a cushion body of different hardness, which involves foam molding a foam body, one foam body is cut and divided into two parts so that the cut surface has an irregular shape such as unevenness, and the foam bodies constituting both side parts of the seat are made. Two foams are placed on both sides of the mold cavity so that their cut surfaces face each other, and a sheet-like bonding reinforcing material that allows liquid to pass through is placed so that both ends of the material are in contact with the irregularly shaped surfaces of the foams. A method for manufacturing a cushion body of different hardness, characterized in that foam molding of a seat portion is carried out by stretching the two foam bodies over the cavity between the two foam bodies so as to be in contact with each other.
