As shown in the cross-sectional view of FIG. 4, such a cushion body of different hardness is constructed by connecting side parts 110, 110 made of a relatively hard foam and a seat part 120 made of a relatively soft foam to a joining surface 100 made of a plane.
There is one obtained by adhering at 100a and 100a. However, in the product obtained by this method, the adhesive force between the bonding surfaces 100a and 100a is not sufficient, and the seat portion 120 and both side portions 110,
There was a risk that 110 would separate.

In addition, as in JP-A-50-144761, a resin-based membrane material with unevenness is bonded to the joint surface with the central portion to form a peripheral edge of the cushion material, and the resin-based membrane material is sandwiched between the cushion material and the peripheral edge of the cushion material. In some cases, the raw material for polyurethane foam is injected into the center of the polyurethane foam to integrally foam the center part, and the bonding area with the peripheral part and the center part is increased by the unevenness of the resin film material. but,
Due to the fact that the adhesive between the resin film material and the peripheral portion and the central portion is surface adhesion, the peripheral portion or the central portion tends to peel off from the surface of the resin film material.

(Means for Solving the Problems) Therefore, the present invention provides a method for manufacturing a cushion body of different hardness in which both side parts and a seat part made of foams having different hardness are integrally connected. The object is to provide a manufacturing method that increases the bonding force and eliminates the separation between the side parts and the seat part.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention provides foams constituting both sides of a seat on both sides of a mold cavity, and fills the remaining cavity between the foams with a foam-forming material that is softer than the foam. In the manufacturing method of a cushion body of different hardness, in which a seat seat integrated with both sides of the seat is foam-molded by injection, one foam body is cut into two parts so that the cut surface has an irregular shape such as unevenness. Cut and divide the foam to form both sides of the seat, and install the two foams on both sides of the mold cavity so that their cut surfaces face each other, and form a sheet-like bonding reinforcing material that allows liquid to pass through. is stretched over a cavity between the two foam bodies so that both ends of the cushion body are in contact with irregularly shaped surfaces of the foam body, and foam molding of a seat portion is performed. (Function) The foam-forming raw material injected between the foams forming both sides foams, and due to the adhesive action at that time,
It adheres to the irregularly shaped cut surfaces of the foam forming the both sides, forming a seat between the both sides that is softer than the both sides, resulting in a cushion body with different hardness. At this time, the foam-forming raw material is attached to the sheet-like bonding reinforcing material stretched over the cavity between the two foams so as to be in contact with the irregularly shaped surfaces of the foams forming both sides. For foaming through, the bonding reinforcement is stretched integrally with the foam from one bonding surface of the sides and the seat through the bottom of the seat to the other bonding surface.

In addition, since the two foam bodies that make up the side parts are made by cutting and dividing one foam body and using the cut surfaces as the bonding surfaces with the seat part, mold release may cause poor adhesion of the foam forming raw materials. There is no agent layer or the like on the bonding surface with the seat, and the seat and both sides are well bonded. Furthermore, the cut surface of the foam exposes the pores and creates fine irregularities, which also strengthens the adhesion between the seat and both sides.

In the thus formed cushion body of different hardness, the bonding area increases due to the irregular shape of the engagement surfaces between the side portions and the seat portion, and the foam forming raw material has a sheet-like bonding reinforcing material. Since the bonding reinforcing material and the seat or both sides are bonded to each other by foaming and adhering to the bonding surfaces on both sides, the bonding between the bonding reinforcing material and the seat or both sides becomes stronger, unlike mere surface adhesion, and the bonding surfaces are reinforced by the presence of the bonding reinforcing material. Furthermore, since there is no mold release agent layer or the like that impedes adhesion on the bonding surfaces of both sides, and the pores are exposed on the bonding surfaces, good adhesion between the both sides and the seat is achieved. Both sides and the seat are integrally connected by the connecting reinforcing material stretched between the connecting surfaces of both sides through the bottom of the part.
For these reasons, both sides and the seat are firmly connected and cannot be separated.

On the other hand, since the bonding reinforcing material is located at the bottom of the seat, the bonding reinforcing material does not adversely affect the cushioning properties of the seat.

(a) First, relatively hard foams 210, 210 constituting both sides of the seat are placed at predetermined positions in the lower die 240 of a molding mold having a product-shaped die surface, that is, at both sides inside the cavity. As a result, the foams 210, 210 and the lower mold 2 are placed in the center of the lower mold.
A space A surrounded by 40 inner walls is formed. The foam bodies 210, 210 are made of polyurethane foam or the like, and have a predetermined irregular shape, in this example, a concave shape 210a, 21 on the joining surfaces a, a to the seat.
0a is formed. Such a foam 210,
210 is a molded foam whose cut surface has a predetermined irregular shape (concave shape 210
a, 210a), and the cut surfaces (joint surfaces a, a with the seat) face each other, that is, the concave shape 210
a, 210a are installed in the mold cavity so as to face each other. Note that the irregular shapes of the foam bodies 210, 210 may be concave, convex, uneven, or the like as appropriate depending on the shape of the seat and the like.

(F) After the reaction of the foam-forming raw material B is completed, the molded article is demolded to obtain a cushion body 200 of different hardness. The thus obtained cushion body 200 with different hardness has a foam body 210 constituting both side parts,
Since 210 has its cut surface as the bonding surface a, a with the seat, there is no mold release agent layer on the bonding surface, and the foam 220 and the foam 21 constituting the seat have no release agent layer.
0,210 is not hindered, and the uneven shape 210a formed on the bonding surface
Since the irregular shape of 210a, 220a, and 220a increases the bonding area, the seat and both sides are firmly bonded with adhesive. In addition, since the end of the joint reinforcing body 230 exists in the uneven portion of the joint surface, the joint surface is reinforced, and
The bonding reinforcement 230 and the foam 210, 210, 22 pass through the bonding reinforcement 230 and the foam forming material.
0 is firmly fixed to the bonding reinforcing material and the foam 2.
No. 10, 210, 220 peeling easily occurs. Furthermore, since both sides and the seat are connected together by the connecting reinforcing material 230 stretched across the bottom of the seat and both connecting surfaces, separation of the both sides and the seat is less likely to occur. Become. Furthermore, since the bond reinforcing material 230 is located at the bottom of the seat and the bonding surface has an irregular shape such as unevenness, the deformation of the foam is not hindered and the cushioning properties are not adversely affected.

(Effects of the Invention) Since the present invention has the above-mentioned configuration, the bonding between the both sides and the seat of the obtained cushion body of different hardness is strong, and there is no possibility of separation between the both sides and the seat. was completed. Furthermore, since one foam is cut and separated to form two foams constituting both side parts, there is also the advantage that there is no need to foam-mold the both sides individually, which simplifies the work.
