合は、編地と芯地の一体感が不良であり、さらに、洗濯
回数が増加するとその一体感が益々損われる欠点を有し

本発明の目的は、かかる従来の編地の襟が有する問題を
解決するため、編地襟に硬度を付与し、かつ、該硬度付
与を編地の構造を利用して行うことにより優れた特性の

ハが編地の内部に配置されるよう、給糸イ、への給糸口

の部分は適度に湾曲し、好ましい補形状が立体的に形成
される。しかも、２の部分は硬化しており、しかも、首
筋の部分に相当するから、衣服に要求される立襟部分を

撚捲縮加工糸（２００ｄｅ／ ６０ｆ ）を用い第３図
の２に相当する部分を編成し、第３図の１に相当する部
分を、糸条１９口およびハとして、前記の綿１００％コ
ーマー糸４０／２ ”を同様にして使用して編成し、別
に、綿１００％コーマー糸４０／２ Ｓを用いて衣服の
本体部分に相当する部分を編成した。それぞれ編成した
編地を適正条件で染色加工処理を施した後、該襠部に相
当する編地に対しては、温度１１０℃のスチームアイロ
ンでブレスし、第４図の２に示すように収縮させ硬度を
付与した。熱圧処理を施した編地を襟寸法に裁断し、該
環部分を衣服本体部に縫合し、およびその他のｔａ製過
処理施して衣服を得た。得られた衣服の襟は、カラ一部
分が立襟状をしており、ドレツシイーな襠部を有する衣
服であった。この衣服に、洗濯を２０回繰返した後の襟
の状態を観察したが、立襟の状態は依然として保持され

し別に、衣服の本体部分に相当１′る部分を実施例と同
様に編成した。以下、実施例１と同様に、染色加工処理
後裁断し、スチームアイロンによるプレス処理を施して
環部分を完成させ、別途縫製した衣服本体部と合せて襟
