[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Detailed Description of the Invention] In the present invention, element rows of a slide fastener are formed of continuous filaments made of synthetic resin or metal formed into a flat coil shape, and these are connected to the warp threads. The present invention relates to a woven slide fastener in which element rows of the slide fastener are woven together with weft yarns and integrally woven into the tape portion of the slide fastener.

A slide fastener (hereinafter referred to as a woven slide fastener) is a slide fastener in which element rows formed by flat coiled continuous filaments are woven into the tape part of the slide fastener along with the warp and weft to be woven from the tape fabric. ) were well known prior to filing this application. Major examples include Japanese Patent Publication No. 46-7018, Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 56-60504, and Japanese Patent Publication No. 57-20802.

For example, in the invention described in Japanese Patent Publication No. 46-7018, the element rows are simply driven into the warp along with the weft to form a tape structure, resulting in poor stability in the pitch direction of each element, and the upper and lower legs of each element. It was difficult to maintain the section perpendicular to the tape surface. Furthermore, the invention described in JP-A-56-60504 attempts to improve the resistance to twisting of the element by using support pads placed between the upper and lower legs of the occlusal head. There is a disadvantage that the thickness near the occlusal head is significantly thicker than the tape part because of the pad. Furthermore, the invention described in Japanese Patent Publication No. 57-20802 attempts to stabilize the distance between the occlusal heads by forming both legs of the element into a shape that is in close contact with each other and compressing it with warp threads. However, there was a drawback that the connection between the tape part and the occlusal head was not reliable, and the connection between the two parts was likely to loosen.

The purpose of the present invention is to improve the drawbacks of the prior art described above, and to improve the verticality of both legs of the occlusal head of the element, the stability of the distance between the adjacent occlusal heads, and the smoothness of occlusion. It is to provide Asuna.

1 to 4 show a first embodiment of the present invention. In addition, in order to make it easier to see the relationship between the warp, weft, and coil, the yarns are shown smaller than they actually are in the diagram, and the spacing between the yarns and continuous filaments is therefore exaggerated to be wider than it actually is. Please note this point. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the main parts of the woven fastener of the present invention, which is made by supplying a continuous line of synthetic resin monofilament as a double weft and weaving it into one side edge of the fastener tape at the same time as weaving the fastener tape. 1 is a flat shape formed by winding a continuous linear shape 1' that has been pressurized and deformed at regular intervals in a spiral shape while forming an inverted part a and an occlusal head b by bending it at a pressurized deformation part. Each inverted portion a is curved inverted within a plane containing the longitudinal axis of the coil or in a plane slightly inclined to the plane, and each occlusal head is inverted in a plane substantially perpendicular to the axis. It's curved. Each unit element is connected to other unit elements at both ends, that is, at both inverted portions, and the flat coil is formed as a whole in the element row B.
Configure. 2 is an upper fixed warp that extends along the upper side of the element row, 3, 3' is a lower fixed warp that extends along the lower side of the element row, and 4 is a flat warp that tightens the upper and lower double-sided fixed warps 2, 3, 3'. A weft thread that extends outside the coil beyond the reversal part of the coil, intertwines with other warp threads to form the tape fabric, forms a loop on one side of the tape fabric, and intertwines with the back loop to form the selvage. , 5 is the warp that intertwines with the weft 4 to weave the tape fabric, 6 is 2/2 with respect to the weft 4,
It is woven at a ratio of 1/1 to the double weft of the continuous filament 1' of the monofilament, and intertwines with the weft 4 and the continuous filament 1' of the flat coil 1 to weave the flat coil as part of the tape fabric. Coil tightening warp, 7
is a gap-closing warp that is located between the upper and lower fixed warp yarns 2, 3, and 3', intertwines with the continuous filament 1' of the flat coil, and closes the gap between the occlusal heads. In addition,
For each unit element, the side of the filament 1' in contact with the upper fixed warp 2 is called an upper leg, and the side in contact with the lower fixed warp 3, 3' is called a lower leg. Further, the upper and lower fixed warps 2, 3, and 3' are larger and stronger than other warps, and the tension of the threads is also greater than that of other wefts.

The first embodiment of the present invention has the above-described configuration, and the upper and lower fixed warp threads 2, 3, and 3' make it possible to maintain the verticality of the upper and lower legs of the occlusal head of each unit element and stabilize the spacing, The warp yarns 6 tightly tighten the continuous filaments 1' so as to constitute a part of the tape. Furthermore, the warp threads 7 and 7' intersect in the gap between adjacent occlusal heads, closing the gap between the occlusal heads to prevent dust from entering and preventing the upper and lower fixed warp threads from slipping down. .

The difference between the first and second embodiments is that in the second embodiment, the warp threads 7 for closing the occlusal head are omitted, and the warp threads 6 are placed above or below the continuous filament 1'. There are two points that run along the weft yarn 4 and are tightened from below or above the weft yarn 4 between the elements. That is, the occlusal head closing warp threads 7 are not an essential component of the present invention.

The third embodiment is also the same as the second embodiment in that it does not have the warp 7 for closing the occlusal head, but the weft 4 has a figure 8 shape with respect to the upper fixed warp 2, 2' and the lower fixed warp 3. The difference is that the weft threads 4 also play the role of closing the occlusal head in the first embodiment.

That is, the weft thread 4 is wound around the upper fixed warp threads 2, 2' from the lower outer side, and then is wound around the lower fixed warp thread 3 from the upper outer side thereof, and then extends toward the side edge of the tape. After being entangled with the weft loop already formed at the side edge, it returns to the element side with two picks, and after entwining with this from the lower outside of the lower fixed warp 3, the upper fixed warp threads 2 and 2' It is wound around this from the inside at the bottom, and then repeatedly extended toward the side edges of the tape, weaving the tape together with various warp threads. According to this embodiment, since the weft density is increased, the filling effect between the upper and lower legs of the element is increased, and the quality of the product is stabilized.

The configuration and unique effects of each of the three embodiments have been listed above, but the common effect of the three embodiments is that between adjacent elements, the weft threads are entwined with the upper and lower fixed warp threads, so that the pitch direction of the elements is Since the stability is increased and the gaps between the elements are filled, the verticality of the upper and lower legs of the elements on the occlusal side is maintained, so that occlusion is also performed smoothly.
