[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Detailed Description of the Invention] In the present invention, element rows of a slide fastener are formed of continuous filaments made of synthetic resin or metal formed into a flat coil shape, and these are connected to the warp threads. The present invention relates to a woven slide fastener in which element rows of the slide fastener are woven together with weft yarns and integrally woven into the tape portion of the slide fastener.

Slide fasteners (hereinafter referred to as woven slide fasteners) in which an element row formed of a flat coil-shaped continuous filament is woven into the tape portion of the slide fastener together with warp and weft threads for weaving the tape fabric, were well known prior to the filing of this application. Major examples include those disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 46-7018, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 56-60504, and Japanese Patent Publication No. 57-20802.

For example, in the invention described in Japanese Patent Publication No. 46-7018, the element rows are simply driven into the warp along with the weft to form a tape structure, resulting in poor stability in the pitch direction of each element, and the upper and lower legs of each element. It was difficult to maintain the section perpendicular to the tape surface. Furthermore, the invention described in JP-A-56-60504 attempts to improve the resistance to twisting of the element by using support pads placed between the upper and lower legs of the occlusal head. There is a disadvantage that the thickness near the occlusal head is significantly thicker than the tape part because of the pad. Furthermore, the invention described in Japanese Patent Publication No. 57-20802 attempts to stabilize the distance between the occlusal heads by forming both legs of the element into a shape that is in close contact with each other and compressing it with warp threads. However, there was a drawback that the connection between the tape part and the occlusal head was not reliable, and the connection between the two parts was likely to loosen.

The inventor of the present invention has improved the drawbacks of the prior art described above, and has improved the verticality of both legs of the occlusal head of the element, the stability of the distance between the adjacent occlusal heads, and the woven slide with excellent occlusal smoothness. Fuasuna was devised and filed on the same day as the present application (Utility Application 1982-

The present invention is a further improvement of the invention according to the above-mentioned application, and its purpose is to securely hold the element without the fixed warp moving in the direction of the occlusal head or in the direction of the reversal part on the element, To provide a woven slide fastener with a long durable life.

Fig. 2 is a perspective view showing the main parts of the woven fastener of the present invention, which is made by supplying continuous filaments of synthetic resin monofilament as double wefts and weaving them into one side edge of the fastener tape at the same time as weaving the fastener tape. Yes, 1
is a flat coil formed by winding a continuous filament 1' that has been pressurized and deformed at regular intervals in a spiral shape while forming an inverted part a and an occlusal head b by bending it at a pressurized deformation part. Each inverted part a is curved and inverted in a plane containing the longitudinal axis of the coil or in a plane slightly inclined to the plane, and each occlusal head is curved in a plane substantially perpendicular to the axis. ing. Further, between the reversal part a and the occlusal head, a mounting part C or C' is provided, which is formed by pressing and deforming the filament 1' into a groove shape. Each unit element is connected to other unit elements at both ends, that is, at both inverted portions, and the flat coils constitute an element row B as a whole.

The components of an embodiment of the present invention using the above-described flat coil will be described with reference to FIG. 2, which schematically shows the configuration in the form of a partially cutaway perspective view. In addition, in order to make it easier to see the relationship between the warp, weft, and coil, the yarns are shown smaller than they actually are in the figure, and the spacing between the yarns and continuous filaments is therefore exaggerated to be wider than it actually is. This point should be kept in mind. 2 is an upper fixed warp extending along the upper side of the element row (flat coil 1), 3, 3'
is a lower fixed warp extending along the lower side of the element row. The upper fixed warp 2 is formed by the upper groove C of the flat coil 1, and the lower fixed warp 3 and 3' are formed by the lower groove C.
It is held in place by C' and is reliably prevented from moving in the direction of the occlusal head b or the inverted part a, and from sliding down. 4 tightens the warp threads 2, 3, and 3' fixed on both upper and lower sides, extends outward from the coil beyond the inverted part a of the flat coil 1, intertwines with other warp threads to form a tape fabric, and connects the tape fabric to one side. 5 is a warp that intertwines with the weft 4 to weave the tape material, 6 is 2/2 of the weft 4, and is a monofilament. The coil fastener is woven at a ratio of 1/1 to the double weft of the continuous filament 1' of the tape fabric, and intertwines with the weft 4 and the continuous filament 1' of the flat coil 1 to weave the flat coil as part of the tape fabric. The attaching warp 7 is a gap-closing warp that is located between the upper and lower fixed warps 2, 3, and 3', intertwines with the continuous filament 1' of the flat coil, and closes the gap between the occlusal heads. In addition, for each unit element, the side of the filament 1' in contact with the upper fixed warp 2 is called an upper leg part, and the side in contact with the lower fixed warps 3, 3' is called a lower leg part. Further, the upper and lower fixed warps 2, 3, and 3' are larger and stronger than other warps, and the tension of the threads is also greater than that of other wefts.

The present invention has the above configuration, with upper and lower fixed warp threads 2,
3 and 3' make it possible to maintain the verticality and stabilize the spacing of the upper and lower legs of the occlusal head of each unit element, and the warp threads 6 tightly tighten the continuous filaments 1' so that they form part of the tape. There is. Furthermore, the warp threads 7 and 7' intersect in the gap between adjacent occlusal heads, closing the gap between the occlusal heads and preventing the intrusion of dust, etc., and the groove C in the upper leg of each unit element. , cooperates with the groove C' of the lower leg to prevent the upper and lower fixed warp threads from moving and slipping down.

In the woven slide fastener of the present invention, the upper and lower fixed warps are engaged and held in the grooves of the upper and lower legs of each unit element, so the upper and lower fixed warps move in the direction of the occlusal head or in the direction of the inverted part during use. There is less occurrence of failures such as slipping down and making it unusable, and the existence of this groove makes it easier to hold the fixed warp threads during weaving, so there are fewer defective products.
Furthermore, since the processing speed during manufacturing can be increased, the manufacturing cost can be significantly reduced.
