【発明の詳細な説明】 7 補正の内容 l 明細書中「特許請求の範囲」および「発明の詳細な
説明」第2頁第7行〜第20行目を? 特許請求の範囲 (1)建造物の壁、天井又は床などに施工する断熱材に
おいて、 一体的な複合断熱バット材が複数部分からなり、該部分
が一部中実の低伝熱材の贋と、そしてその少なくとも1
面に設けた低輻射率材のシートとからなり、そして該複
合バット材が積石された3以上で8以下の該部分を有し
、該腹合バ、ット材において低伝熱材の該層′の深さが
0.25〜2.0インチ(6,35〜50.8mm)の
範囲にあることを特徴とする建材用多層所熱バット材。
(2)上記の低輻射率材が、輻射率比が0゜2未満の金
属ホイル又は金属蒸着基体である特許請求の範囲第1項
に記載のバット材。
(3)上記の低伝熱材が、未圧縮密度が0゜6〜i: 
slb、/rt3のガラス繊維又はロツ゛りウールであ
る特許請求の範囲第2項に記載のバット材。
(4)3つの別なバット材を最後の暦に並列に設けて、
標準根太や粱又は間柱の間に施工 、できるようにした
特許請求の範囲第3項に記載のバット材。ユ 1、発明の詳細な説明 [産業上の利用分野コ 本発明は居住者や商品に対して快適な温度を与える居住
用・商用建造物の断熱材に関する。この断熱材は例えば
外壁や屋階に施工するものである。
[従来技術及びその問題点] 建築の分野においては、よく知られているように、3種
類の断熱材のいずれかを使用している。構造からみて、
これら断熱材はカテゴリー上ルーズ・フィル(1oos
e(i l 1 )タイプ、硬質パネルタイプや、ロー
ル状聾で保管でき、また施工現場で望む長さに切断でき
るように通常はブランケット材やバット材の形手続補正

Claims (4)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. (1)建造物の壁、天井又は床などに施工する断熱材に
    おいて、 一体的な複合断熱バット材が複数部分から なり、該部分が一部中実の低伝熱材の層と、そしてその
    少なくとも1面に設けた低輻射率材のシートとからなり
    、そして該複合バット材が積層された3以上で8以下の
    該部分を有し、該複合バット材において低伝熱材の該層
    の深さが0.25〜2.0インチ(6.35〜50.8
    mm)の範囲にあることを特徴とする建材用多層断熱バ
    ット材。
  2. (2)上記の低輻射率材が、輻射率比が0.2未満の金
    属ホイル又は金属蒸着基体である特許請求の範囲第1項
    に記載のバット材。
  3. (3)上記の低伝熱材が、未圧縮密度が0.6〜1.5
    1b./ft^3のガラス繊維又はロックウールである
    特許請求の範囲第2項に記載のバット材。
  4. (4)3つの別なバット材を最後の層に並列に設けて、
    標準根太や梁又は間柱の間に施工できるようにした特許
    請求の範囲第3項に記載のバット材。
