Abstract

PURPOSE:To attain mass production and cost down by means of technology similar to that of a printed circuit substrate or the like by laminating a sheet forming a conductive pattern on an insulating film to form a voice coil. The thickness of each conductive pattern is set up thinner than that of an ordinary wiring.
