BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, a concrete formwork device is known in which a drawn material of metal such as aluminum is used as a frame, and a formwork is connected to the frame by covering the frame with plate materials such as plywood. This formwork has many advantages, such as being strong, durable, highly accurate, and easy to use. In the past, it was disadvantageous in terms of manufacturing costs because it required time and effort, and when multiple formworks were connected horizontally or vertically, concrete flowed out and hardened at the joints between the formworks, causing problems with the formwork. There were drawbacks such as the fact that it took time and effort to remove.

To attach the connecting fittings B to the metal materials 2, 2, place the metal materials 2, 2 of the formwork A adjacent to each other so that the lever insertion holes formed in the metal materials 2, 2 are aligned with each other. The clamping member 31 of the connecting fitting B
The lever 33 is inserted into the hole 32 and the lever insertion hole, and then the tip 33d of the lever 33 is bent in the length direction of the metal material 2, and the lever 33 is inserted into the hole 32 and the lever insertion hole. As shown in the figure, the distal end portion 33d may be rotated upward approximately 90 degrees to be locked in the locking gap 34a. In this case, the base 33b of the lever 33 is set to be slightly shorter than the width W of the opening of the clamping member 31, and since the protruding edge 32a is formed around the hole 32, the base 33b of the lever 33 is When the tip 33d is bent in the length direction of the metal material 2, the bent portion 33f of the tip 33d comes into contact with the convex edge 32a, and the tip 3
The bending angle between 3d and the base 33b is slightly larger than 90°. (Figure 10). In this state, if the tip 33d of the lever 33 is pressed against the metal material 2 side and rotated upward to be locked in the locking gap 34a, the bent portion 33f of the tip 33d will be moved to the convex edge 32a of the hole 32. The bent portion 33f and the head 33a are pressed together.
Since the metal members 2, 2 are tightened from both sides of the connecting fitting B, that is, the metal members 2, 2 are tightened from the sides, the formworks A can be firmly and easily connected to each other.
Incidentally, when removing this connecting fitting B from the metal materials 2, 2, the procedure may be reversed.

The formwork device of the present invention has the above-mentioned structure, and the upper, lower, left and right metal members 2 and 3 are arranged such that the end face b of the metal member 2 is brought into contact with the projecting piece a of the metal member 3, and the inner face d of the metal member 2 is brought into contact with the protruding piece a of the metal member 3. While bringing the end surface c of the metal material 3 into contact with each other, screw the screw 19 into the circular groove 13 of the metal material 2 through the small hole i of the protruding piece a, and insert the metal material through the small hole j in the inner surface d of the metal material 2. Since the screws 20 are screwed into the circular grooves 12 of 3 and assembled together, the assembly strength is strong.Furthermore, unlike conventional formwork, auxiliary fittings are not required, so assembly is easy and large quantities can be produced. It has the advantage of being easy to produce and having low manufacturing costs. In addition, since a sealing material 6 is installed on the outer peripheral surface, the joint surface between two adjacent formworks connected horizontally or vertically has good liquid tightness, and concrete flows and hardens in this area. The formwork is easy to remove. Furthermore, since the plate material 5 is attached to the frame 1 by being fitted into the fixing part 10 surrounded by the upright edge 8, the fixing force of the plate material 5 to the frame body 1 is strong, and the plate material 5 is attached to the upright edge 8. Since the metal members 2 and 3 are provided with inner edges 9 and the plate member 5 is supported by a wide surface, damage to the side portions is suppressed as much as possible. The fixing force of the plate material is further strengthened, and the cross-sectional shape of the metal materials 2 and 3 can be made smaller, which has the advantage of reducing weight and cost.
