【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 発光ダイオードとその光を受ける偶数のフ
オトトランジスタとよりなり、該フオトトランジ
スタの半数がフオトトランジスタの受ける信号を
反転する回路素子とからなることを特徴とするフ
オトカツプラ。 (2) その信号を反転する回路素子が該フオトト
ランジスタのコレクタ・エミツタ間に接続される
第１のバイアス抵抗と、該フオトトランジスタの
コレクタ接点にトランジスタのベース接点を接続
し、該トランジスタのエミツタ接点を前記フオト
トランジスタのエミツタ接点に接続し、該トラン
ジスタのベース、コレクタ間に接続される第２の
バイアス抵抗を具備したことを特徴とする実用新
