- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ジルコニア成形の溶鋼用酸素センサー体に
おけるジルコニア表面に酸化リンと塩基性酸化物
との複合物を焼結させて成るもので、塩基性酸化
物がアルカリ金属の酸化物、またはアルカリ金属
とアルカリ土類金属の酸化物との混合物から成る
ことを特徴とする溶融金属用リンセンサー素子。 (2) アルカリ金属酸化物が酸化ナトリウムであ
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のセンサー
素子。
