- 一端が閉じたセラミツク管の外面及び内面に外
部白金電極及び内部白金電極を形成した酸素セン
サにおいて、上記セラミツク管の内面にその長手
方向に沿つて溝を形成し該溝上に上記内部白金電
極を形成することを特徴とする酸素センサ。
