と、 外筒へ嵌入され各静翼を挾持する複数のスペー
サリングと、 外筒に収納され磁気浮上しながら回転する内筒
と、 内筒の外周面に設けられ筒軸方向で静翼と交互
に配置された動翼と、 を有し、 静翼およびスペーサリングは熱伝導性の高い金
属材料で形成され、 静翼にはガスの通流抵抗を増加させることなく
表面積を拡大する表面処理が施され、 静翼とスペーサリングとの接触面における良好
な熱伝導性を確保する層が両者のうち少なくとも
