Claims (1)
- ロータに取付けた動翼とケーシングに取付けた
静翼とをロータの軸方向に交互に配設し、上記ケ
ーシング内の低真空側に位置するロータ軸の上部
を同ケーシング側の部材に取付けたリング状の静
止側永久磁石とロータ軸に取付けたリング状の回
転側永久磁石とよりなる磁気軸受により、同ロー
タ軸の下部をロータ軸方向に負荷能力のあるすべ
り軸受により、回転可能に支持したターボ分子ポ
ンプにおいて、前記磁気軸受の静止側永久磁石及
び回転側永久磁石にリング状の強磁性体を取付け
たことを特徴とするターボ分子ポンプ。
