に軸支されたタツチローラTRとを具備し、その
レバーLBの揺動変位角θを検出信号としてコン
ピユーターCPUに送る発信装置を内蔵するもの
であること; コンピユーターCPUは、速度計VMからの検
出信号によつて経糸YのビームBに巻き取られる
速度を算出する速度換算素子VMSと、ビームB
に巻き取られた経糸Yの累計長さを速度換算素子
VMSからの信号によつて算出する経糸累計巻取
長積算素子LMと、直径検出器DMからの検出信
号をビームBの直径に換算する直径換算素子Bd
と、経糸累計巻取長積算素子LMと直径換算素子
Bdからの信号によつてビームBに巻き取られた

する直径変量換算素子Ldと、ビームBに巻き取
