【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は高級鋼の製造過程における真空脱ガス
を行なう取鍋のパツキン保護装置に係るものであ
る。

れることになる。これを防ぐために、従来よりパ
ツキン保護装置が設けられているが、これには当
該装置の駆動手段例えば流体圧シリンダ等が必要
となり、従つて、そのためのレイアウトが複雑と
なり、延いてはコスト高にもつながるという欠点
がある。

作で開放する遮熱板の多数組を前記蓋下方周囲に
繞設した点に存するものであり、かくして、本考
案によれば、何ら特別の駆動装置を用いずに取鍋
蓋の昇降運動を利用して遮熱板を自動的にタイミ
ング良く簡単且つ確実に動作させてシールパツキ
ンを保護することができるものである。

ツト20にヒンジピン21を介して枢着連結され
ているリンク板17に取付けられており、この場
合、実際の組立には、予め遮熱板19にリンク板
17を取付けておき、該リンク板をピン16,2
1にて下方コネクチングロツド15、支持ブラケ
ツト20にそれぞれ枢着連結せしめるものであ
る。

キン座乃至フランジ6とが干渉せずタイミング良
く作動させることができ、このタイミングの調整
はターンバツクル14によつても修正することが
できる。
