3000 ml, approximately 1500 ml is excreted as urine.
It is said to be 1. Approximately 3,000 ml of other substances are excreted from exhaled breath, approximately 1,000 ml from feces, and approximately 500-800 ml from sweat. Among these, in the case of urine, mineral corticoids etc. work to prevent the mineral balance in the body from being disrupted.
Since the reabsorption mechanism works for necessary minerals, it is considered most rational to replenish water in a so-called thirsty state by replenishing minerals in proportion to the minerals contained in sweat. As is well known, many types of sports drinks have been developed and put on the market in recent years based on this idea.

You can easily tell that drinking it is better for your health because of the presence of minerals.

Therefore, in general, there are many potassium, calcium, and magnesium ions, but there are few sodium ions. Moreover, under normal leaching conditions, the elution of calcium ions, which are naturally contained in a large amount, is extremely small, and even potassium ions are difficult to solve in the theoretical field. It's nothing more than an exhibition.

Although the concentration of sodium, potassium, calcium, and magnesium ions in a company is high, it actually decreases as the rate of sweat secretion increases.6 Normally, the concentrations of sodium, potassium, calcium, and magnesium ions in a company are

The purpose of this addition is to provide the tea with a balanced mineral replenishment function.

。(Means for Achieving the Objective) Therefore, the inventors decided to create a product that, regardless of the mineral content listed in the Japanese Food Composition Table, would be as equal in proportion to the mineral content lost through sweat as possible during actual drinking. In order to obtain a mineral-balanced beverage, we confirmed that it is necessary to adjust the mineral content of tea, harp, etc. in advance, and as a means to do so, we first analyzed the amount of mineral components in the beverage in a drinking state. - Quantify and determine the physiologically well-balanced amounts of sodium, calcium, and magnesium based on potassium, which is a universal component among the components measured here, and select salts or magnesium that are sufficient to satisfy these amounts. The idea was to add foods containing these salts to prepare drinks, or to add the salts or salt-containing foods to raw materials such as tea or herbs in advance by an appropriate method.

Edible salts of these minerals or other foods containing high amounts of these minerals are added to approximate the mineral ratio in the food. In general, plants do not contain sodium, so sodium salt is an essential component to add, but in this case, the sodium salt is not limited to just one strong table salt, but also various sodium phosphates, organic acid sodium , monosodium glutamate, sodium inosinate, and various other sodium salts listed in the Official Food Additives Standard can also be used as seasonings. In addition, in kombucha, umeboshi tea, etc., the sodium contained in the ingredients can be used as a sodium source, and magnesium salts do not need to be added in many cases.
If necessary, it is appropriate to use the food additives magnesium sulfate or magnesium chloride.
