Conventionally, in this type of cardboard material feeding device, when a large amount of flat or folded cardboard materials for box making are stacked up, the weight of the cardboard materials presses the bottom cardboard material and the thickness of the cardboard material decreases. Furthermore, the extrusion device that pushes out the lowest cardboard boards sideways one by one sometimes pushes out two cardboard sheets, making it impossible to carry out the conveyance smoothly and reliably.

In the figure, 1 is a stacking section surrounded by side plates 3, 3, . Extruded endless band 9 like
is provided. 11, 11, ... are the accumulation part 1
Inside, the cardboard material 1 is stacked and placed on the extrusion belt 9. Reference numeral 13 is a locking piece provided protruding from the outer periphery of the extrusion endless belt 9.
It is provided in a protruding manner with a dimension smaller than the thickness of the plate. Reference numeral 15 denotes a conveyance device for receiving the cardboard material 11 extruded by the endless extrusion belt 9 and conveying it to the box making device. Reference numerals 17 and 19 are openings provided at the lower ends of the side plates 3, 3 on the conveying device 15 side and on the opposite side. A first sensing device 21 is installed at a preset maximum stacking height, and emits a light beam through a detection hole 23 provided in the side plate 3, and detects the presence or absence of the cardboard material 11 based on the reflected light. Reference numeral 25 denotes a holding device that presses and holds the cardboard material 11. A vertical holding plate 31 is provided at the tip of the piston rod 29 of the horizontally provided cylinder 27, and a predetermined gap is formed between the holding plate 31 and the opposing side plate 3. Cardboard material over height 11,
11,... are pressed and held. When the first sensing device 21 senses the presence of the cardboard material 11 at that position, the cylinder 27 is operated to extend in response to a command thereof. 33 is a second sensing device installed at a preset minimum stacking height position, which emits a light beam through a detection hole 35 provided in the side plate 3 and uses the reflected light to detect the cardboard material 11.
It senses the presence or absence of. Second sensing device 33
When the cylinder 27 detects that the cardboard material 11 at that position is gone, the cylinder 27
is configured so that the holding plate 31 releases the pressure and holding of the cardboard material 11 when the holding plate 31 contracts.

In the above configuration, the cardboard materials 11, 11, . . . are stacked in the stacking section 1, and the first sensing device 2
When stacked up to a height of 1, the first sensing device 21 senses the presence of the cardboard material 11 at that position,
The cylinder 27 is operated to extend. Therefore, the holding plate 31 is made of cardboard material 1 with a predetermined height or more.
1, 11, . . . are pressed and held between them and the side plate 3. As the extrusion endless belt 9 rotates, the locking piece 13 locks one piece of cardboard material 11 at the lowest position and pushes it out from the opening 17 onto the conveying device 15.
As the extrusion endless band 9 rotates, the lowest cardboard material 11 is extruded one after another, but the cardboard materials 11, 11, . . . below the cardboard material 11 held by the holding plate 31
The stacking height of ... gradually decreases, and the top surface becomes the second
When the position falls below the position of the sensing device 33, the second sensing device 33 is actuated to contract the cylinder 27, and the holding plate 31 is moved to the cardboard members 11, 11, . . .
Release the pressure and hold of this cardboard material 11,
Items 11, . . . fall and are piled up on the cardboard material 11 below.

As described above, the present invention provides an extrusion device for pushing out the lowest one of the stacked cardboard materials to a conveying device, and a first sensing device for sensing a predetermined maximum stacking height of the cardboard materials. a holding device actuated by commands of the first sensing device to hold the cardboard above a predetermined stacking height; and a holding device configured to sense a predetermined minimum stacking height of the cardboard. Since this device is equipped with a second sensing device for releasing and operating the box-making cardboard material, it is possible to reliably feed the stacked cardboard materials one by one to the conveying device, and the conveyance can be carried out smoothly. It is something that can be done.
