Abstract
PURPOSE: To enable sure conveyance of the corrugated cardboard material sheet by sheet by controlling the pressure applied to the sheet of the material in the lowest position through the limitation of the height of the piled corrugated cardboard material.
CONSTITUTION: When the piled corrugated cardboard material 11 in a piling part 1 raches the height of the 1st detecting device 21, the device 21, detecting the material 11, makes a cylinder 27 be operated for extension and thereby a holding plate 31 holds the sheets of the material 11 piled more than a prescribed height with pressure between the same and a lateral plate 3. And, with the rotation of a push- out endless belt 9, one sheet of the material 11 at the lowest position is engaged with an engaging piece 13 and is pushed out on to a conveying device 15 from an opening part 17. When the height of the pile is reduced from the position of the 2nd detecting device 33 with the rotation of the endless belt 9, the device 33 operates to make the cylinder 27 contract and thereby to release the sheets of the material 11 from the holding by the holding plate 31, whereby the sheets of the corrugated cardboard material 11 are made to drop to be piled on the corrugated cardboard material positioned below. Since the detecting devices 21 and 33 have been set in view of the pressure caused by the height of the corrugated cardboard material, the material is surely conveyed sheet by sheet.
