Abstract

部を鋼矢板等下端縁よりも下方に押し下げ可能となすと
共に、該ロッドの回動手段によって上記押し下げた引掛
り部の向ぎを鋼矢板等とは係合しない向きに廻せるよう
にすることにより・、所期の目的を達成したものである
