    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 洗浄液貯留槽と、履歴洗浄液集合槽と、洗浄液
    貯留槽の洗浄液を、被洗浄体を有するユニツト部
    に給送する為の洗浄液給送手段と、洗浄液給送手
    段の端末部に設けた被洗浄体に洗浄液を供給する
    為の洗浄液供給手段と、被洗浄体の適宜な位置か
    ら履歴洗浄液を回収する為の履歴洗浄液回収手段
    と、回収した履歴洗浄液を履歴洗浄液集合槽まで
    排送する為の履歴洗浄液排送手段とからなること
    を特徴とする洗浄装置。
