この考案は、コンソールボツクスの設置手段に

するようにコンソールボツクス本体を対向設置す
るとともに、該コンソールボツクス本体に形成し
た収納部に、例えばオーデイオ機器などの電気機
器類を格納する一方、前記温風吹出口からの温風
をコンソールボツクス本体の背面側から運転席及
び助手席側に向け左右に吹き出させ得るようにし

される収納部の背面側が成形上の理由から開放
し、これによつてコンソールボツクス本体の強度
が弱くなるばかりでなく、電気機器類の支持が複
雑で、しかも温風吹出口からの温風の整流及び電
気機器類への遮熱手段を別途設ける必要があるな

クス本体で、前記ヒータ装置３の温風吹出口４に
対向位置するように車体床面２にブラケツト２１
を介して固定されている。該コンソールボツクス
本体５は、合成樹脂素材で一体に成型された上下
二段の収納部５１，５２を有し、該上段収納部５
１は、前面に窓部６が開口しかつその背面側を開
放させてなる形状に成形され、その中にオーデイ
オ機器等の電気機器類７を格納し得るようになつ
ている一方、下段収納部５２は、前面が開放しか
つその背面を閉塞させて小物入れ等に利用可能な
形状からなつている。そこで、該コンソールボツ
クス本体５の背面には、前記上下両収納部５１，
５２の背面部全体を覆うように補強板８が設けら
れていて、該補強板８の上端縁部８ａはコンソー
ルボツクス本体５の背面側上端縁５ａにビス９止
めされ、その中間部を前記下段収納部５２の背面
閉塞端面５２ａにビス１０止めすることにより、
コンソールボツクス本体の補強を兼ねるように固
定されている一方、該補強板８には、一対のブラ
ケツト１１，１１が前記上段収納部５１の背面開
放部に対応する位置に取付けられている。該一対
のブラケツト１１，１１は、第２図に示すよう
に、前記上段収納部５１に格納される電気機器類
７を支持してなる構成を有するものである。さら
に、前記補強板８は、その両側端縁部８１，８１
が車室内側に向け折曲され、前記ヒータ装置３の
温風吹出口４から吹き出す温風Ｈを運転席及び助
手席側に向け左右に分流し得るような整流機能が
施されているとともに、前記上段収納部５１に格
納された電気機器類７への遮熱機能を兼備させて
