A patent application filed by the applicant for this type of tube connection fitting that fits onto at least one of the tubes to prevent the two tubes from coming apart is disclosed in a patent application filed by the applicant.
There is an invention related to No. 56-44619. In other words, the present invention provides a pipe connection fitting main body 3' as shown in FIG.
A partially cut-out ring body 1' made of a flexible member that opens outward from the outer periphery of the tube body A' is installed inside the tube body A', and the ring body 1' is tightened with a tightening body 13' from the state shown in the figure. As a result, the cutting edge 2' of the ring body 1' bites into the outer peripheral surface of the tubular body A to prevent the tubular body from coming off.

However, in this invention, the ring body 1' is configured to open outward, that is, to be able to spring outward from the outer periphery of the tube body, so that the tube body A' can be inserted extremely easily into the metal fitting body 3'. However, on the other hand, if all the tightening bodies 13' are not tightened, the ring body 1' and the tube body will be damaged.
There was a problem that the bonding with A' could not be completed completely. In other words, if a portion of the plurality of fasteners 13' becomes loose, a gap will be created between the ring body 1' and the tube body A' at the loosened location, making it easy for the tube body to separate from the tube connection fitting. As a result, there was a fatal drawback that there was a risk of leakage of the fluid passing through the tube.

Since the present invention relates to the above-mentioned tube connection fitting and a method for joining the tube to the tube connection fitting, the ring body is constructed of a flexible member that can be elastically moved inward from the outer periphery of the tube. By locking both ends of the ring body, the tube body can be easily inserted into the ring body, and after the tube body is inserted, the other end of the ring body can be locked. By separating the ring body, the ring body springs inward and is pressed against the tube body, whereby the ring body tightens the tube body without any gap. Therefore, even if the clamping body is not completely tightened or some of the clamping bodies become loose due to force majeure, the pipe from the pipe connection fitting will never be disconnected. There is a remarkable effect that no withdrawal occurs from the body.

First, as shown in FIG. 3, after screwing the secondary pin 7 into the screw hole 8 of the metal fitting body 3, the ring body 1 is housed in the housing 6 of the metal fitting body 3, and one end 1a of the ring body 1 is inserted into the secondary pin 7. It is locked to the lower end 7' of the pin 7. At this time, since the ring body 1 is configured to be elastically inward from the outer periphery of the tube body A, the other end of the ring body 1
As shown in the figure, b approaches one end 1a, and the ring body 1 is in a state slightly separated from the inner circumferential surface of the metal fitting main body 3.

Furthermore, in this state, the locking pin 11 is inserted into the insertion hole 10 as shown in FIG. 4, and the other end 1b of the ring body 1 is locked with the lower end 11' of the locking pin 11. At the same time, the hanging rod (not shown) is attached to the other end 1b.
and pull it out from the elongated hole 9. At this time, the outer circumferential surface of the ring body 1 is almost in contact with the inner circumferential surface of the metal fitting main body 3, as shown in FIG. Therefore, in this state, the inner diameter of the ring body 1 becomes maximum, and the tube can be inserted into the ring body 1, that is, into the tube connection fitting.

Then, in this state, as shown in FIG.
Next, the other tube B is inserted into the metal fitting main body 3, and the stopper wall 16 and one end of the tubes A and B are inserted through the stopper wall 16 protruding from the center of the metal fitting main body 3.
Leave a small gap between A' and B' and join them together. At this time, although the ring body 1 is configured to be elastically inward from the outer periphery of the tube body, both ends 1a and 1b of the ring body 1 are locked by the sub pin 7 and the locking pin 11, respectively. Since the outer peripheral surface is opened outward to the extent that it comes into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the fitting body 3, the fitting bodies 3 of the tubes A and B
This makes it extremely easy to insert it into the body.

Next, in this state, insert the locking pin 11 into the insertion hole 1.
When removed from 0, the lower end 1 of the locking pin 11
1' and the other end 1b of the ring body 1 is released, the ring body 1 is urged inward, and the other end 1b of the ring body 1 moves in the direction of arrow B in FIG. As a result, the ring body 1 comes into contact with the outer circumferential surface of the tube body A and presses the tube body A as shown in FIG. V groove 5,5
This will cut into the situation. In this state, the ring body 1 is configured to be elastically inward from the outer periphery of the tube body, so when the ring body 1 is crimped onto the tube body A, the ring body 1 is elastically moved toward the tube body by its elastic force. A
, thereby tightening the V grooves 5, 5 on the cutting edges 2, 2.
Since the biting force against the tube body A is also increased, separation of the tube body A from the tube body connection fitting is extremely difficult to occur.

Furthermore, by tightening the clamping bodies 13 from this state, separation of the ring body 1 and the tube body A is completely prevented, and therefore, separation of the tube body A from the tube connection fitting is completely prevented. This will be prevented. At this time, it is preferable that all five clamping bodies 13 are securely tightened, but even if some of the five clamping bodies 13 become loose due to some force majeure, the ring body 1 Since it springs inward and tightens the tube A, the tube A never separates from the ring body 1. In other words, by configuring the ring body 1 to be able to spring inwards from the outer periphery of the tube body, separation of the tube body from the tube connection fitting is completely prevented even if all the clamping bodies are not securely tightened. It became possible to do so.

First, in the state shown in FIG. 6, the above-mentioned hanging rod (not shown) is inserted into the metal fitting body 3 through the long hole 9, and while being hung on the other end 1b of the ring body 1, the ring body 1 is opened outward. direction, the other end 1b of the ring body 1 is moved to the outside of the lower position of the insertion hole 10 formed in the metal fitting main body 3. In this state, the locking pin 11 is inserted into the insertion hole 10 again in the same manner as in the state shown in FIG.
1', the other end 1b of the ring body 1 is locked. By opening the ring body 1 outward against the elastic force in this manner, the ring body 1 is separated from the outer peripheral surface of the tube body and the cutting edges 2, 2' are inserted into the V-groove of the tube body. ,

As described above, by constructing the ring body 1 from a flexible material that can be elastically inward from the outer periphery of the tube body, the ring body 1 can be made of a flexible material that can be elastically moved inward from the outer periphery of the tube body. It is possible to completely prevent separation from the connecting fittings, and by making it possible to lock both ends 1a and 1b of the ring body 1 with the locking pin 11 and the sub-pin 7, it is possible to completely prevent the ring body from separating from the connecting fitting. Insertion into and removal from the metal fitting can be performed extremely easily.
