A support such as a transparent film or an acrylic plate is pressure-bonded to the surface of the printed material, and then the paper material of the printed material is removed to transfer the image on the surface of the printed material to the support. However, display boards created in this way have the problem that it is difficult to completely remove the paper quality of the original printed material, so some paper quality remains, which deteriorates the quality of the image. In addition, the yield rate is not very good due to dirt and scratches (and furthermore, the lamp of the lighting device placed in the back can be seen through it if it is left as is, so in actual use, it is difficult to transfer the image. It is not necessary to attach a light-diffusing plate such as a milky white plate to the back of the support, or to apply a milky white resin, but these do affect the manufacturing cost. .

It is. The embossing material depends on the material of the support, but if a resin film (sheet) with at least one surface is matte is used, it can be crimped onto the support using a laminating machine, for example. Therefore, processing becomes extremely easy. The present invention will be described below. The support 1 is a transparent film or sheet made of a resin such as polyester, or a transparent acrylic resin plate, and a thermoplastic adhesive layer 10 is provided on the back surface thereof. Reference numeral 2 denotes a printed matter on which an image is printed, and the image layer 20 on this printed matter is transferred to the support 1. That is, with the printed matter 2 superimposed on the back surface of the support 1,
Both are passed through a pair of heated rolls 5°5 apart to be crimped as shown in Figure 2, and then heated with a chemical solution such as caustic soda or the like.
As shown in FIG. 3, the paper [21] of the printed matter 2 is removed. As a result, the image (ink) waste 20 on the printed matter 2 is transferred to the back surface of the support 1. The paper removal process includes
Known means can be used. The printed material 2 may also be printed on water-soluble rapid dispersion paper as disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 48-27605. Rapid dispersion paper continuously produced using a papermaking raw material containing carboxyl methyl cellulose, carboxyethyl cellulose, or their respective aluminum salts, barium salts, zinc salts, tin salts, and manganese salts, which can be made into paper, is Because it disperses quickly, just use water instead of medicine A6 and you can quickly make paper 1F! t21 can be removed. This means that the image can be transferred to the support 1 easily and inexpensively. The support 1 to which the image has been transferred in this way still has some uneven paper quality 21 remaining, so when viewed with a watermark, it does not look very clean and the light source can be seen through it. For this purpose, an embossing plate 3 having at least one surface with a slightly uneven surface 30 such as a matte surface is prepared, and the image is transferred onto the slightly uneven surface 30 side of the embossing plate 3 using a heating roll 7.7. It is then thermocompression bonded to the back surface of the supporting body 1 that has already been bonded. As a result, one image (ink) 20 adhered to the back surface of the support 1 by the thermoplastic adhesive layer 10 is embossed by softening of the thermoplastic adhesive layer 10 during thermocompression bonding, as shown in FIG. The minute unevenness 11Af which matches the minute unevenness surface of the plate 3 is given t.
, Nodefuri Hajime Yukisu・Kyoji 14-Chicken plastic notebook/110
A part of the image/@20 passes through the surface to be joined with the embossing plate 3, and the embossing plate 3 is bonded thereto. Once the embossed plates 3 are bonded together in this way, when the embossed plates 3 are peeled off from the support 1, the support 1 has minute irregularities 31 caused by the embossed plates 3 on the back side of the support 1, as shown in FIG. Because it is applied to the entire surface, in other words, the back side is processed into a milky white matte surface, so it is no longer transparent and the light source cannot be seen through it. Furthermore, even if there are paper textures or scratches on the support 1 that have not been removed, they will not be noticeable. As the embossing plate 3 here, in addition to an acrylic resin diffusion plate, a sheet or film made of polyester resin, polystyrene resin, etc. can be used. If a film or sheet is used for both the support body 1 and the embossed plate 3, a laminating machine can be used for the pressure bonding process, resulting in good workability. Now, the support 1, which has an image transferred to its back surface and has minute irregularities 11 processed on its back surface, can be used alone as a display board without the need for a separate diffuser plate. Further, as mentioned above, the thermoplastic adhesive /110 that partially oozes out behind the image layer 20 allows the support 1 to be attached to other members without separately preparing an adhesive or the like. . When used as a display board, two supports 1.1 to which the same image has been transferred may be bonded together. In this case, the image becomes darker in tone and three-dimensional. In addition, this does not exclude the use of a diffuser plate (the support member 1 may be further attached to the surface of the diffuser plate, and the support member 1.1 may be further attached to both the front and back surfaces of the diffuser plate). At this time, the image appears more three-dimensional. [Effects of the Invention] As described above, in the present invention, after the printed matter is pressed onto a transparent support, the paper quality of the printed matter is removed to create an image of the printed matter. is transferred to one side of the support, and then an embossing material with a slightly uneven surface is pressed onto one side of the support onto which the image has been transferred, and then the embossing material is peeled off and the image on the support is transferred using an embossing plate. The surface onto which is transferred is a surface with minute irregularities, and the support plate alone can be used as a display plate that does not transmit light sources. Moreover, the minute irregularities applied to the support Even if some paper quality remains or scratches are present on the body, these are made inconspicuous, and a display board with a high-quality image can be provided at a low cost.
