Display boards used for illuminated right panels and decorations, images are generally formed on transparent supports by transfer from printed matter. The image on the surface of the printed material is transferred to the support by pressing a support such as an acrylic plate and then removing the paper quality of the printed material with a chemical solution. At this time, when transferring multiple types of images, , Prepare a mount for layout, paste the printed matter onto this mount, press the mount together with the support, and then remove the mount with a chemical solution when removing the paper quality of the printed material. By the way, the paper quality and mount were removed by processing with a chemical solution such as gastric sorg, but the labor and time required for this processing had a considerable impact on manufacturing costs, and the processing work was also difficult. In addition to requiring skill, it is difficult to completely remove just the paper quality without affecting the image, so some paper quality inevitably remains, which deteriorates the quality of the image. #1, which makes the support slightly opaque, makes the print lsIT
When crimped with fl, the parts that did not touch the backing paper remained transparent due to the thickness of the printed matter, so each printed matter left a mark that was unsightly.

OBJECT OF THE INVENTION 1 The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and its purpose is to provide an image transfer method that allows easy and clean removal of image transfer, especially the removal of a mount for layout. To provide a transcription method. DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, the present invention involves disposing a plurality of printed matter on a mount made of water-soluble quick dispersion paper, then pressing a support onto the printed matter and the mount, and then dissolving the mount in water. The present invention is characterized in that the paper quality of the printed matter is removed and the image of the printed matter is transferred onto one side of the support, and the layout mount can be removed using water. As the water-soluble rapid dispersion paper here, for example, Japanese Patent Publication No. 48-2760
Carboxymethyl cellulose, carboxymethyl cellulose, which can be made into paper, as shown in No. 5 Publication No. 1!1, etc.
Alternatively, continuous tJ! You can use leftovers. The printed material may also be printed on water-soluble dispersion paper. The present invention will be described below. The support 1 is a transparent film or sheet made of a resin such as polyester, or a transparent acrylic resin plate, and a thermoplastic adhesive layer 10 is provided on the back surface thereof. 2 is a printed matter in which an image is printed on the surface of a water-soluble quick-dispersing paper 21 that quickly disperses in water as described in the song; After being applied, the image layer 20 on each printed matter 2 is transferred to the support 1 through the following steps. That is, with the surface of the mount 4 to which the printed matter 2 is pasted superimposed on the back surface of the support 1, both are passed through a pair of heating rolls 5, 5 and pressed together as shown in FIG. Thereafter, by immersing in a water tank 60 or applying a water shower, the mount 4, which is a fast dispersion paper, is dispersed and dissolved in the water 6, and the paper material 21 of the printed matter 2 is dispersed and dissolved in the water 6. The paper material 21 of the mount 4 and the printing part 2 can be easily and quickly removed without the need for chemical solutions.
Me on the image layer 20 compared to the case where a chemical solution is used.
Since there is very little amount of paper, it is possible to completely remove the backing paper and the paper quality 216. As mentioned above, as water-soluble rapid dispersion paper, carboxymethyl cellulose, carboxyethyl cellulose, which can be made into paper, Alternatively, each aluminum salt, barium salt, zinc salt, tin salt, manganese salt can be used individually, or by using a papermaking raw material that is a mixture of two or more of them in any proportion! 1! Use what is left behind. Other papermaking raw materials that can be used to make paper into the above raw materials, such as kraft pulp for papermaking, salheit pulp, and plant WLJA such as 28 decomposed pulp for synthetic fibers
Synthetic fibers such as #, polyamide, polyester, etc. may be mixed in a proportion that does not interfere with dispersion and dissolution. Of course, the water-soluble rapid dispersion paper is not limited to those mentioned above, and there is no problem with the type as long as it can be quickly dispersed and dissolved in water. P.P.C.
Any material may be used as long as it satisfies the conditions regarding the formation of the image WI20 using a copying stone or the like. By removing the mount 4 and the paper 'i21 of the printed matter 2 in this way, the support 1 to which the image has been transferred has not only the mount 4 but also the # and quality 21 of the printed matter 2 completely removed. Because of this, there are no marks that border printed matter 2.
The images transferred from each printed matter 2 have a beautiful finish that is the same as those transferred from a single printed matter. In the above embodiment, the printed matter 2 also uses water-soluble quick dispersion paper, but the printed matter 2 is
A chemical solution may be used to remove the paper quality 21. In the above example, 1: +1 L-Paper quality 2
Although it costs 1,000 x 1 to remove the mount 4, it is easier than removing the mount 4 by treating it with a chemical solution, and it does not leave any traces of the printed matter 2. When using the support 1 to which the image has been transferred as described above as a display board for an illuminated signboard, etc., a milky-white diffuser plate must be used in combination to prevent the light source from being seen through. However, the following method can also be used. That is, an embossing plate 3 having at least one surface with a slightly uneven surface 30 such as a matte surface is prepared, and the embossing plate 3 is embossed with a heating roll 7.7. Slightly uneven surface 3
The 0 side is further thermocompressed onto the back surface of the support 1 to which the image has been transferred. As a result, the image (ink) layer 20 attached to the back surface of the support 1 by the thermoplastic adhesive layer 10 is softened by the thermoplastic adhesive layer 110 during thermocompression bonding, as shown in FIG. , a minute unevenness 11 matching the minute unevenness surface of the embossing plate 3 is provided, and a part of the softened thermoplastic adhesive W410 passes through the image layer 20 and reaches the bonding surface with the embossing plate 3. , the embossing plate 3 is adhered. Once the embossed board 3 is pasted together in this way, when the embossed board 3 is peeled off from the support 1, the support 1 has minute irregularities 31 caused by the embossed board 3 on its back side, as shown in FIG. Because it is applied to the entire surface, in other words, the back side is processed into a milky white matte surface, so it is no longer transparent and the light source cannot be seen through it. In addition, even if water-soluble quick-dispersion paper is used, and paper quality or scratches remain on the support 1 due to poor workmanship,
These become inconspicuous by being provided with the minute irregularities 11. As the embossing plate 3 here, in addition to an acrylic resin diffusion plate, a sheet or film made of polyester resin, polystyrene resin, etc. can be used. If a film or sheet is used for both the support 1 and the embossing plate 3, a laminating machine can be used for the pressure bonding process, resulting in good workability.

As described above, in the present invention, since water-soluble quick-dispersion paper is used as a mount for layout, the mount can be quickly removed by simply using water. It can greatly reduce the time and effort required to remove the backing paper, and it can also easily remove the backing paper completely, so there is no need to worry about leaving marks that border the printed matter. This makes it possible to perform clean transfer simply and inexpensively.
