Abstract

PURPOSE:To draw an extra fine wire in high quality without any disconnection by removing a sticking copper powder, dust, etc., by giving a back tension to the wire, by air-blasting in the traveling reverse direction to the extra fine wire which is just before coming into a wire drawing die out of a delivery device. CONSTITUTION:The air-blasting 15 adjusting the air amount by a valve 14 with the blast pipe 11 in the traveling reverse direction is performed by passing through a guide sheave 4 the extra fine wire 2 which is just before coming into a wire drawing die 7 via driving capstans 6a, 6b by coming out of a deliv ery device 1. With this air blasting an adequate back tension is given to the wire 2 and the copper powder, dust, etc., sticking on the wire 2 surface are removed as well. A good wire drawing can easily be performed therefore by improving the surface quality as well as improving the drawing of the extra fine wire rod 2.

Conventionally, in the case of so-called ultra-fine wire drawing, in which wires with a diameter of 100 μm or less are drawn, the tensile strength of the ultra-fine wire drawing machine is small, so the wire is covered with a disc with low contact resistance.
On top of that, back tension is applied to the wire to be processed using a hair flyer such as a thin nylon thread. However, when the diameter of the wire of the Geflyer is thick and short, the back tension is strong and many wire breaks tend to occur at the die in the first pass. Moreover, when the diameter of the desk is narrow and long, there is a problem in that the guide comes off in front of the die due to wire runout, which also tends to cause many wire breaks in the die of the first bus.

The present invention has been made in view of these points, and it is possible to perform a predetermined wire drawing process, remove copper powder, dust, etc. attached to the wire, and easily obtain a high-quality ultra-fine wire with less disconnection. This provides a wire drawing method that can be used.

The present invention provides a method for feeding a wire rod to be processed from a wire rod feeding device and guiding it to a wire drawing device equipped with a wire drawing die to draw the wire to a desired outer diameter. This is a wire drawing method in which back tension is applied to the wire to be processed by blowing air from a direction opposite to the running direction of the wire.

According to the wire drawing method according to the present invention, air is blown from a direction opposite to the running direction of the wire rod to be guided into the wire drawing device to apply back tension to the wire rod.
Even if the wire diameter of the wire changes, it is easy to adjust and always apply a constant back tension to the wire, and at the same time copper powder, dust, etc. attached to the wire to be processed can be removed, resulting in high quality with less wire breakage. wire can be easily obtained.

FIG. 1 is an explanatory diagram of a wire drawing apparatus used in the method of the present invention. In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a spool (a wire cutting device) around which a wire to be processed 2 (mother wire) made of copper wire with a diameter of 0.05+++ mΦ is wound. The wire rod 2 to be processed is attached to the spool 1
Disc 3° covered tightly with guide sheave 4
The wire rods are sequentially supplied to the wire supply pipe 5 through the wire rods. The wire rod 2 to be processed that has exited the wire rod supply pipe 5 is transferred to a wire drawing device 10.
The wire revolves around drive capstans 8a and 6b, and is guided to a wire drawing die 7 provided between drive capstans 8a and 6b. This wire drawing die 7 can, for example, adjust the diameter of the wire material 2 to be processed from 0.05 mmΦ to 0.0:(
A line is drawn in mm. Line drawing die 7
The wire having a predetermined diameter that has exited the wire passes through a dry purse guide sheave 8 and is wound onto a take-up spool 9. In the present invention, as shown in FIG. 2, a branched blower tube 11 is disposed in the wire rod supply tube 5, and the blower tube 11 extends around the wire rod supply tube 5 toward the supply port side of the wire rod 2 to be processed. 45 from the surface

The wire rod supply tube 5 is equipped with two wire rods.
- The wet treated wire rod 2 was fed into the drive capstan 6a in a state in which vibrations were suppressed by receiving air from the blower pipe 11. It was. Therefore, no breakage of the wire rod 2 to be processed was observed at the first die. In addition, since copper powder, dust, etc. were blown away from the wire material 2 to be processed by air, the predetermined wire drawing process could be easily performed. As a result, a high-quality 0.03 mΦ ultrafine copper wire with few disconnections could be easily obtained.
