Claims (1)
ると共に、この上下ガイドに左右一対の振動体を
空気軸受を介して摺動自在に支持させ、前記左右
振動体の中間でかつ上下ガイドの中間にカム軸を
設け、このカム軸に前記左右振動体を夫々別個に
作動させる為の相反方向に等しく偏心した一対の
偏心カムを固定して該偏心カムを左右振動体の内
側面に当接させ、左右振動体の外側面にあつては
前記カム軸の中心を通りガイドと平行な線上に一
端を前記フレームに掛止させた押圧バネの他端を
弾接させ、該左右振動体にロツドに夫々工作物に
圧接させる砥石を付設した1個以上のシリンダに
よる砥石ヘツドを取付けた超仕上機に於いて、上
記ガイドを中空状に形成し、該ガイドの所定位置
にエアーノズルを設けて上記空気軸受を軸給気型
