力の変動を制限する弾性部材を介して基端側が装
置本体に取付けられる支持軸と、この支持軸に移
動可能に取付けられると共に前記装置本体と当接
して前記弾性変位による前記コンタクトホイール
の移動を拘束し得るロツク部材とを具備したこと
