なくとも該凹部の全体を埋めた一方のフエライト
層と前記感磁部表面に設けた他方のフエライト層
とよりなることを特徴とする磁電変換素子。 (2) チツプに形成した凹部の底面を感磁部の平
面とほぼ平行に設け、感磁部表面に形成したフエ
ライト層の両側面を平行とし、かつその幅を前記
凹部の底面の幅と同一にした実用新案登録請求の
