Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a transferring phenomenon from each sheet of printed paper to the back of another sheet of paper by reciprocating a drainboard taking claw via an air cylinder to make a drainboard automatically move over a paper loading table, and lowering said drainboard when a certain number of sheets of paper has been stacked. CONSTITUTION:When a certain number of sheets of printed paper P have been loaded on a paper loading table D, an air cylinder H is operated by the operation of a button A to move an operating claw E to a drainboard taking handle C side, and the drainboard D is placed on a receiver F and pushed out, and hooked on the claw E. Then, the paper loading table D is lowered down to a certain position, and an inserting button B is pressed to move the claw E on which the drainboard D is hooked. And, corner blocks G are set at four corners of the retracted drainboard D on which sheets of printed paper P are loaded, the drainboard D is lifted up, and the receiver F for the drainboard D is spread via the handle C, to make the drainboard D free. By repeating this procedure in order, sheets of printed paper can be favorably stacked on a paper loading table via a drainboard D. Also, a transferring phenomenon to the back of sheets of paper can be prevented.

Conventional technology In the paper discharge device of a sheet-fed printing press, the printed paper fed from the paper feed section and printed in the printing section is transferred one by one to the paper discharge section via a chain with a gripper, The paper is sequentially stacked on the paper stacking table via the paper stacking board. At this time, because the printed papers are stacked excessively on the paper stacking table, a set-off phenomenon occurs on the back side of each printed paper (a phenomenon in which the ink immediately after printing adheres to the back side of the printed paper due to the weight of the stacked printed materials and becomes smeared). occurs. Recently, so-called slatting work has been carried out as a method to eliminate this phenomenon. In other words, a pair of left and right guide rails with a double-shaped cross section whose spacing can be expanded or contracted by operating a handle is installed above the paper stacking table of the paper ejecting device, and a cutout plate inserted into the guide rail outside a and a top and bottom cutout are installed. Prepare a corner for intervening between the boards and an empty paper stacking board. 5. When a predetermined number of printed papers are on the paper stacking board, operate the handle and watch the timing of the paper fall, and lift the board by hand. Quickly insert the pick plate into the guide rail to catch the falling printing paper, then lower the paper stacking table, place the corners at the four corners, and raise it again. Repeat this operation one by one
Printed paper is stacked on the paper stacking table. This planking work is generally called slatting work. In this conventional slat removal work, the movement of guide rails and the raising and lowering of the paper stacking table are performed by operating handles or push buttons, and the insertion of slat boards is done manually. Not only did it require a high level of skill to watch the timing of inserting the board and dropping the printed paper, but it also required a large number of operators. Especially with the recent increase in speed of printing machines, manual operation is not only difficult or impossible, but also
There are also many economic problems.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention The problems to be solved by the present invention are to automate the operation of inserting and moving a grating board, which has conventionally been performed manually. In other words, in the past, the operation of the grating board depended on the operator's intuition, which made it difficult to operate it in a timely manner, leading to the activation of the paper ejecting device.

Means for Solving the Problems The present invention was developed in order to solve the problems as described above. In a sheet-fed printing press's paper ejecting device, which transports paper to the ejecting section via a chain and sequentially stacks it on a paper stacking table via a slatted board, the slatted board pick-up claw is reciprocated via an air cylinder to remove the paper. The slatted board is automatically moved onto the stacking board, and when a certain number of printed papers are stacked on the slatted board, the slatted board is lowered, and corner blocks are interposed at the four corners of the slatted board to raise the paper stacking board. All the problems that have arisen in the past can be solved by raising the printing paper and stacking the printing paper sequentially on the paper stacking table via the grate board. In other words, 1. The means of solving the problems of the present invention are: (1) automatically moving the slatted board in synchronization with the printing machine; (2) using an air cylinder for this moving operation; and (2) using this moving mechanism. The reason is that it cannot be integrated into conventional equipment.

FIG. 1 shows the overall mechanism and paper ejecting device of a conventional sheet-fed printing press. 1 is printing paper, 2 is a chain, and 3 is a gripper. In a zero-sheet-fed printing machine, the printing paper fed from the paper feed section is printed on one sheet at a time by the printing section, and the gripper 3 is attached. The paper is transferred to the paper discharge section via the chain 2. Reference numeral 4 denotes a paper stacking table for stacking the printing paper 1 transferred to the paper discharge section. Reference numeral 5 denotes a slatted board inserted between the printed sheets stacked on the paper stacking table 4, and 6 is a corner block for holding the space between the slatted boards 5. At this time, as mentioned above, when a predetermined number of printed papers 1 are placed on the paper stacking table 4, the operation of the grating board in the conventional paper ejecting device is as follows.
The grating board 5 is quickly inserted by hand and dropped, the paper stacking board 4 is lowered, corner blocks 6 are placed at the four corners, and the board is raised again.

Next, the operation of this device will be explained. When the air cylinder 10 is activated (linked to the operation of the paper ejection chain of the printing machine), the drive rack 12 reciprocates, and the rack 14 for inserting the grating board reciprocates via each gear 16, 17.1B, 18. be moved. Then, the operation claw 2 that hooks the grating board 33 attached to the tip of the rack 14
7 is reciprocated, and the slatted boards 33 can be sequentially inserted and moved. At this time, the fourth method is to let the operation claw 27 hook the slatted board 33 and move it, and then let it fall as it is.
Shown in the figure. That is, the insertion/removal hole 2 is provided at the tip of the grating board 33.
By attaching the metal fitting 32 provided with B, inserting the operating claw 27 into the insertion/removal hole 2B, and pulling it, it can be moved as is. In other words, if the insertion/removal hole 26 of the metal fitting 32 of the drainboard board 33 is inserted into the place where the operating claw 27 is stopped, the operating claw 27 will be pushed upward, the claw guide 28 will compress the spring 29, and the When the operating claw 27 rises to the upper surface of the metal fitting 32 and matches the insertion/removal hole 2B of the metal fitting 32, the guide 28 is pushed by the pressure of the spring 2θ, and the operating claw 27 is pushed downward into the insertion/removal hole 26 of the metal fitting 32. I will be entering. In this way, by pulling the operating claw 27 into the insertion/removal hole 2B of the metal fitting 32, the grating board 33 can be easily moved. If you want to stop the grating board 33 and lower it after loading the printing paper, the operating claw 27 is inserted from the top surface of the insertion/removal hole 2B of the metal fitting 32, so if you lower the grating plate 33, the metal fitting will be removed. 32 insertion/removal holes 26
It can be pulled out without requiring any operation on the operating claw 27. This drawing shows only one example of the method of hooking and moving the grating board 33, and any other device or mechanism may be used as long as it has the same effect.

Effects of the Invention Since the present invention is constructed as described above, by automating the operation of the gridiron board, which was conventionally considered difficult or impossible, it is possible to prevent the set-off phenomenon that occurs on the back side of each printed paper, and The effect of increasing work efficiency can be obtained. Moreover, since the mechanism itself is simple, it can be put to practical use, and it can be said that it is a grating board operating mechanism for a sheet-fed printing press's paper discharge device that is excellent from all aspects including printing, operation, practicality, and economy.
