Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明はチツプ状電子部品等の整列供給装置に
関するもので、チツプ状電子部品等をばらの状態
で供給し、箱型ホツパーを交互に傾けることによ
り前記チツプ状電子部品等を整列させ、この整列
された部品を真空吸着ヘツドでつかんで他の工程
に自動供給できるようにし、しかも途中で部品の
詰まり等のトラブルが発生しないようにすること
を目的とする。

本発明は斯かる問題に対処すべく為されたもの
で、傾動可能な箱型ホツパーの内底部に傾動方向
に沿つて多数列の溝を設け、これら溝の適所に一
列状にストツパーピンを設け、このステツパーピ
ンによつて整列された部品を他の個所へ取り出す
真空吸着ヘツドを設けてあることにより、部品が
詰まることなく確実に整列させ、他の工程に自動
供給できるようにし、作業能率の向上を計らんと
するものである。

9を介して回転レバー10に接続され、又回転レ
バー10は箱型ホツパー1の回転軸11と固定さ
せてあることにより、前記レバー6が第1図矢印
D、E方向に動作することによつて回転レバー1
0も同方向に揺動し、その結果箱型ホツパー1は
第1図A,B,Cの順で動き、箱型ホツパー1内
に投入された角板チツプ状電子部品等の部品12

詰まりが発生することなく作業能率を向上させ得
