Abstract

PURPOSE:To manufacture a spiral tube with a low-cost device while guiding the spiral tube smoothly without contacting the outer face of tube with any substance by supporting the spiral tube at its end to the guiding wire going through the center of supporting jig and enabling the tube to pivot and move forward. CONSTITUTION:In the process of manufacturing a spiral tube and simultaneously guiding and inserting it into the existing obsolete tube, after installing the tube manufacturing machine 132, the guiding wire (wire rope) 12 is put in the supporting jig 11 through its opening 112 and stretched through the center of the shaft of the existing obsolete tube 14 and the molding opening 133 of the tube manufacturing machine 132. After starting manufacturing of spiral tube 13, the supporting jig 11 is pushed and supported around the inner face of end of the tube. The supporting jig 11 is equipped with the ball bearing 114 installed on the inner circumference of center opening 112. The spiral tube 13 is moved with propelling force created in manufacturing process and travelled forward along the guiding wire 12 to be inserted without contacting the inner face of existing obsolete tube.

(Prior Art) As a method of guiding and supporting a spiral tube in a manufacturing process, as shown in FIG. A method is used in which the m-swivel tube 13 moves forward while rotating above it. Further, as shown in FIG. 4, in the construction work to rehabilitate the existing pipe 14 by inserting the helical pipe 13 into the aged existing pipe 14 while using the pipe making machine 132, the spiral pipe 13 A method is employed in which the spiral tube 13 is guided by pulling the wire 411 at the end of the tube.

Furthermore, in the method of pulling with the wire 41 shown in FIG. 4, the speed of pulling the wire 41t and the manufacturing speed of the helical tube 13 are not constant, and if the pulling speed is slow, the helical tube 13 is bent downward. The end of the pipe comes into contact with the bottom of the existing pipe 14 on which scale, sludge, etc. have adhered, so that its forward movement is hindered. Also, if the tension speed is too fast, the spiral tube 1
Excessive tensile stress may be applied to the overlapping parts of the band-like bodies 1310 that form part 3, which are fitted or bonded together, and the chain parts may come off.

(Means for Solving Point J [Means for Solving Points]) In view of the above-mentioned point M, the present invention provides a guiding wire in the axial direction of the spiral tube to be manufactured, and a support jig for the spiral tube is loosely inserted into this wire. By pressing and attaching a support jig to the inner surface of the end of the helical tube to be manufactured, the helical tube is supported by the support jig so that it can rotate forward to the guide wire with partial pressure at the tip. The spiral tube can be manufactured while being guided in line with the tube axis direction, and the spiral tube can be manufactured extremely smoothly without any objects coming into contact with the outer circumferential surface of the tube and without putting unnecessary loads on the tube body. It can be manufactured.

(Function) In this invention, since the f-mate jig is pushed through the guide wire in a loose state, the support jig can rotate forward with respect to the guide wire. The propulsive force of rotational advancement during manufacturing is directly transmitted to the support jig, which can support the guide wire so that it can rotate forward, and can manufacture the helical tube while guiding it in the axial direction of the tube. It looks like this.

After the belt-shaped body 131 is supplied from the ground to the pipe making machine 132 to start manufacturing the helical tube 13, the support jig 11t is pressed and supported on the inner circumferential surface of the end of the helical tube 13. At this time, it is necessary to align the center of the through hole 112, that is, the center of the guide wire 12 with the tube axis of the spiral tube 13. As an example of the support jig 11 is shown in FIG. 2, nine through holes 112 are formed in the center, and support arms 111 are provided radially at equal intervals in three directions.

When the support jig 11 is pressed and supported on the inner circumferential surface of the end of the helical tube 13 immediately after tube manufacture in this way, the helical tube 13 advances along the guide wire 12 due to the driving force generated by the manufacture. In this way, the m-circle tube 13 is smoothly inserted into the old existing tube 14 without coming into contact with the inner circumferential surface of the tube 14 at all. The guide wire 12 may be made of steel, and if the old existing pipe is a curved pipe with a large radius of curvature, it can be made by fixing a steel material with the same radius of curvature so as to match the axis of the curved pipe. A spiral tube can not only move straight but also curve within its own variable range of internal pressure.

As described above, the method of the present invention is particularly effective when using spiral pipes to rehabilitate old existing pipes where scale, sludge, etc. have adhered to the inner peripheral surface and it is difficult to insert new pipes due to contact friction. However, this method is also effective at factory manufacturing sites.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to manufacture a helical tube while smoothly guiding it with an extremely inexpensive and simple device without bringing any object into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the tube.
